Pristine”

Pros: Two Metro stations nearby. Room is sparkling clean. Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner provided smell so good. Staff are polite and attentive. Breakfast is limited but good. Cons: The entire building turns off airconditioning when the weather is cold, so you’ll have to open your windows as it can get warm. Room is very small. We had 2 luggages and could only open one at a time to get things. I suggest that they just remove the extra sofa in exchange for luggage space. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend for solo or couple travelers!

Nice good hotel”

Booked hotel for our last three nights in Tokyo, which just happen to be the day of Hagibis Typhoon swept over Japan. We were thankful that we booked the hotel so we have a nice and comfortable rest during the typhoon. The staff was also polite and friendly. Free breakfast with free flow coffee and tea all day long is Room size was actually acceptable, it just that they put too much furniture, which is in my opinion, a redundant and making the room cramped. Other than that all are fantastic.

Gem in a quiet downtown location”

Front desk staff (Sen Mikin) was exceptionally helpful. Some staff spoke several Chinese dialects. It is within 5-8 minutes of walking distance to T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) to catch limousine buses to Narita / Hanaeda Airports. Rooms are very clean and hotel offers around-the-clock coffee, tea and hot/cold water at the lobby. Only downside is rooms are small but that is to be expected in downtown Tokyo for the very low price charged by the hotel.

Terrific Location and Value”

In Nihonbashi, central Tokyo just a seven minute walk from the TCAT where airport buses work out of and four minutes to Kayabacho metro station, this quiet and unpretentious hotel is safe, clean and the price is right. I have stayed here several times and like it because I can walk to most places, lots of local culinary diversity, and easy metro/train connection. If you just want a room this is the place, if you want all sorts of amenities perhaps look elsewhere and pay more.

Value for money”

The room was small but no complaints because we chose the small room. Despite being a very small room, we love everything about it. It has all the basic necessities. Breakfast is the same every morning; cereal, bread and potato salad. Being a muslim couple, we find this very convenient because we dont have to worry about non halal dishes. Location is super convenient, it is located nearby different lines and most importantly it is a 7-minute walk to T-CAT. It is also a 15-20-minute walk to Tokyo Station. Staff are friendly. Just a heads up, there is nothing much at that particular area. It can be very ghostly at times, especially when you are walking at night. Overall, we are happy with the hotel.

A fantastic stay”

Facilities, Staff and Location

During a business trip I stayed in Hotel Hokke Inn for 3 days. Initially, I was skeptical about the hotel as looking at google maps showed it to be in some sort of residential type of building and access to it required crossing a water channel on some highway etc. My actual experience was a lot better. The hotel is located close by to Kayabacho station and I would recommend to take exit 4a from platform 1. Once you come out of the exit, you have to walk to your right, cross the water channel and take the second right from the main road. The distance should be around 0.5 km. The best part of the hotel is its location. Its close by to Kayabacho station which is connected by Hibiya line. This line can take you to most of the major tourist attractions in Tokyo such as Akihabara, Ueno, Ginza, Tsukiji fish market e.t.c The hotel is pristine and quiet. The room is tight but sufficient for a person. It has all the required amenities and a good value for the money. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The Inn is surrounded by some excellent hotels. You need to come to the main road from the hotel and take a right and on the second signal you hit take left. The entire road is lined with hotels. We had some fantastic food there and my opinion on Japanese food raised quite high eating in these joints. If I need to summarize the 3 main reasons to stay in Hokke Inn, I would say Location, Value for Money (Facilities) and Staff. If I ever travel to Tokyo again, I would definitely be staying in Hokke Inn.
