Great Hotel, But Not Eco-Friendly”
It's clean, a good value and well-located. However, in its aim to please its guests, the hotel does some things that are harmful to the environment. The housekeepers gave me a new face towel, a bath towel and a toothbrush every morning in a clear plastic bag. They should only provide these things if the guests request them. Not everybody dirties their towels to the point that they can't be reused at least once. Think about how much water, laundry soap, and electricity that would be saved if the hotel encouraged its guests to reuse their towels. Other hotels I have stayed at encourage this behavior. And as for providing toothbrushes and plastic bags for the guests to throw out everyday, you don't need a college degree to understand why that's bad for the environment. This hostel can do better I think.

So close to Haneda”
This is my second time staying at On The Marks. It’s just as good as last year. Friendly staff, impeccably clean and of course, so conveniently close to the airport. This makes it great to unwind quickly after a long flight. Kawasaki is an under-rated city that has a lot to offer and OTM is located in a great spot to get to so much on foot. Don’t miss the fantastic Kowloon Arcade, Cine Citta and Lazona malls. OTM rocks.

First time booking here and I will definitely stay again. Very comfy cozy feeling. Great location if you want to go to both Main part Yokohama and famous Tokyo. But with the cute little street of La Cittadella nearby, I always looked forward to waking up in the morning and walk around there. Perfect location, friendly staff, great bathroom space, clean and cozy. Will definitely be my go to hotel 😊 Thank you Again.

Great hostel ”
The hostel is in kawasaki, a city in-between Tokyo and yokohama, at first I thought it would be too far from either but it takes 10 minutes to get to either city and I liked kawasaki aswell. The staff are lovely, the hostel is clean and modern and the beds are comfy. I enjoyed my stay and I'd stay again.

Spent three nights in female dormitory. Upper bunk beds seems to be taller than lower ones. Each bunk bed has a strip at the foot end to place your luggage. There’s also a lockable security box, a lamp, two hangers and two wall outlets. Basement floor has lounge room with two small fridges, microwave, water kettle, vending machines, laundry facilities. Lunch in cafe is tasty also

One if the best hostel overall”
Yes...This hostel is it ! You get all of the best thing you can get st any hostel around the world. Another bonus was a free bicycle rental which will give opportunities to explore further out from the center city & give you a great physical/ mental exercise as well. Highly recommended.

Friendly and comfortable”
Friendly staff, good housekeeping, only a bit secluded from main road, but a good place to get a good night sleep. Not much traffic in the area although nearby main kawasaki station. Good place to shop surrounded by drug store and shopping mall. Bed was comfortable and clean, housekeeping was the best always helping us reset the room nicely for us. Wasted I do not have enough time or I would rent the bicycle from them to cycle around. Thanks for the hospitality.

I like this place for its easy access to Haneda airport. 10 minutes walk to Keikyu-Kawasaki Station, then relative short ride to airport (15mins or so). I like to stay here when I need to go to the airport the next day, or when I fly into Haneda late in the evening.

The location is nice, not too far of walk to either the JR of Keikyu trains stations. The staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoyed the music in the lobby and the restuarant has delicous food. One of the better hostels I have stayed in and beeter than other capsule style places in Kawasaki. If they had a suana and bath floor the place would be perfect. If you are spending time in both Tokyo and Yokohama or Kamakura than staying in Kawasaki is great. I even got the idea to explore the industrial area of Kawasaki from a flyer in the lobby. An interesting experience.

Quiet hostel despite the large size of the building and numerous rooms. Very modern and clean with fast wi-fi throughout. The single rooms are very comfy and you do not need to vacate the room every day if staying multiple days. Close to Kawasaki main station and shopping mall. More ideal for travelers not fussed about staying in central Tokyo, although it it only 7mins direct by train to Shinagawa station.

Nice hotel in the heart of Kawasaki, making Tokyo and Yokohama accessible too. Staff were friendly and the communal area and facilities are so convenient for the guests. Thanks a lot. See you later if I'm back to Japan.

Bathroom and shower facilities are very spacious and nicely design. Layout of mix dormitory was good. Provided FREE towels, bathrobe and toothbrush set! Small downside was small communal space, bit cramped during busy times.

We booked a double which came with private bathroom. Love how the room is designed to maximize the space. Bed is comfortable, quality Toiletries & towel provided, place is spotless. We're allowed to use the washing machine n dryer after checking out too.
