    Comfortable capsules, and free breakfast”

No smoking, capsule seemed larger than other hotels', free breakfast

When I first walked in I was concerned because I smelled cigarettes, but it's only the man working the front desk , there's no smoking in the rest of the establishment. There is only wifi for Docomo subscribers. Breakfast is free, but I slept late and missed it, so I can't review that. Capsules are clean, and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. It's important to memorize the photo of this hotel, because there are no English signs to guide you, until you find the elevator. Near restaurants, 7,11, and subway. This was a good stay.

    Cheap convenient capsule stay”

Low price, next to a central metro station, onsen

It was the cheapest among other options so that was the main factor of choosing it. The rooms are clean and comfy for a capsule but the lack of a power socket inside the capsule was a minus and I had to use the socket on the corridor. There is no public Wifi and the breakfast is very poor. The sauna/onsen is nice but without massage chairs. Overall its clean, in a very central spot and cheap but on the other side it lacks internet and charging sockets inside the capsule room, but I would easily go again.

You get what you pay for”

It is close to the subway station, very cheap and there are big coin lockers close.

The hotel was quite difficult to find even with Google maps. There is no possibility to leave your big luggage there during the day. Check in was at 15 p.m. and check out was at 11 a.m. The capsules were big enoug I guess but they had no sockets inside and in the hallway they were very rare aswell. You really get what you pay for...but I would stay there again because it's the cheapest way to sleep relatively well in Tokyo. But beware: it's a really authentic experience and the staff speaks little to no English.

Free breakfast, Super close to train station, Super close to convenient store

    - There is no any single electric slot in the capsule! I had to use an extension plug and used 2-electric-slot opposite to my capsule. Quite difficult to charge my mobilephone, laptop, pocket-wifi at night. - Breakfast is better than I thought. It isn't so delicious but very reasonable to the price. You can get full by it!

OK place for stop over ”

    location, big lockers and cleaniness

It is not bad, generally clean. Things were slightly old. I understand that there is another capsule hotel of a similar name in the area so travellers beware! The hotel occupies a couple of floors (reception on the 8 floor). The entrance to the lift was quite hard to find, esp for me who didn't know Japanese.

Only if you really have to!”

    cheap, affordable, available

Cherry blossom time in Japan and all hotels in Tokyo were booked for the weekend apart from the capsule hotels. I'd never tried it and never will again! Although it's cheap, the rooms really were too small and uncomfortable - my suitcase was too big for the locker so I ended up sleeping aside it. Bumping my head against the sides all night. If you're on a budget, this might have to do. Otherwise, please avoid and try a backpackers hostel or a cabin instead!

Hotel staff are polite and friendly, but cannot communicate with english. Horrible smell when you step in the hotel. Looker are too small to place the baggage. The cleanliness of the public bath are horrible. And I see there are women using public bath while other men still inside. No locker in the public bath. Someone use my tower and stole my underwear while having a bath. What are terrible things.

No tattoos allowed here! This needs to be made clear during the booking process! I've been to capsule hotels in the past so I am aware that they don't like tattoos. So I usually cover them and avoid the bath area and everything is fine. However, this hotel requires you to undress in an open public area and walk through the sauna in order to reach the shower area, making discretion impossible. The staff was nice but firm that I could not use the showers (this was in August). I stayed one night and found another hotel the next day. Other than that, nice place.

I cannot make a good sleep because when I (or the others) move it will make some noise. It is a capsule hotel of course. It is very (very) hard to find the hotel if you don't know Japanese lanquage. The hotel staff is very limited to understand your sign lanquage. I make a reservation for 2 days but when I come back for the 2nd night I can't find my stuff. They keep them somewhere and they don't understand what I try to tell them. Actually they don't unserstand the hotel voucher that I gave to them that I will stay for 2 nights.
