Very comfy, nice, clean, small hotel close to Haneda aiport & close to subway”
We really enjoyed our stay at this small hotel and would stay here again especially if we want to be close to Haneda airport. It was professional, nice, comfy thick mattress bed, and good location within a few minutes walk to the closest subway station. There are small shops, grocery and convenience store close by. We like this stay much better than the AirBnB that we booked in Tokyo previous that had thin, cheap and hard beds which was not comfy to sleep on. So we appreciate comfy beds with thick mattress at this place. Good value & price too :)

I was late when i came into this hotel. About 1AM in the morning, so I saw the counter has closed. But i'm lucky that the hotel provide a key in a safe locker so that I can just grab my key and get in.

Its an small Bed and Breakfast Hotel”
Pros: Very friendly staff Clean rooms. Parking spots. 7min walk to the nearest station. Cons: No Elevators. Japanese style steep stairs. Despite the close driving distance to Haneda Airport, there are no shuttle services. The train access to Airport is not direct. Need to go to the opposite direction to Kawasaki Stn. to change for Airport line. Not tested: We stayed for a night and did not have time for breakfast. Overall: This Hotel is good for Backpackers who travel light or the travelers with a car who don't need the train. Otherwise, you need a Taxi to the station.

Not qualified as a "hotel"”
The only good about this place is just its being not too far from the nearest train station (9 mins walk) and reasonably clean. But, don't expect its being a "hotel".... No lift available for a 3-storey building. In the room, no kettle, no cup, no tea/coffer, no drawer, no shelf, no hanger rack..., only 2 hangers. In the bathroom, nothing to hang your clothes or bath towel, but it does provide individually packed body soup, shampoo and tooth brush (although we brought our own). You'll have to walk to the ground floor to get a cup of hot water (of course, then hold your cup still since you're going to walk upstairs to your room). Wasted 5 minutes of running tap water in order to have slightly warmed water for a quick shower. Summing up, it is worse than a cheap motel and, in such a remote town, it certain does not worth US$60 a night.

Little bit far from Haneda but good value”
The taxi cost me 2800 yen even though it was only a few kilometres from Haneda but Imalle was a good deal so it was okay overall. It is about ten minutes walk from the nearest station and I needed three trains to get to Tokyo station. The capsule was comfortable and I expected an onsen-style bathroom but it was just a shower unit. The Chinese girl who worked on the front desk was really helpful, referring me to a place for breakfast and giving me a discount card. Pity that it was shut!

I reached haneda late so needed a place to stay nearby. The hotels in and along the train lines near haneda were fully booked or out of budget so I found this place which needs a ~2100yen taxi ride to reach the place. (Overall still cheaper than a night's stay in the nearer hotels if there were any space.) Great little place, simple additionally paid breakfast but the nearest train station will probably set you back on where you need to go the next day due to the several station changes. If you're carrying heavy luggages, and have the means, just stay in one of the haneda hotels So you'll have the metro/jr line straight from the airport and you'll get to where you need the quickest way with little or no change in stations probably. In my case, I had little baggage and all the time in my trip so it's a great place for me and I'd return again.

I arrived in the middle of the night by taxi from Haneda airport. Everything was ready for me and the staff still available. The staff was very friendly even at 2:30 am and told me it was no problem if I wanted to check out later than 10 am so that I could get some sleep. The room and the shower were very clean and they have everything available that you need. I had a very pleasant stay and would definetly go back when in Tokyo again.

Good for one night stay. If you are driving, you need to request for a parking space in advance (chargeable). If not, available parking is done the street about 2 mins walk. We met chinese speaking staff who were helpful. Somehow hot water took awhile to reach our bathroom - had to waste a lot of water before the water became hot enough to shower! There was a washer and dryer available in the powder room, charged at low prices in my opinion.

Hotel is so far from Airport by taxi for 15mn and it will cost about 2000Y But not so convenient by train with 2 changes... About 20-30 mn Hotel is clean and according to standard. No issue.
