Just a fairly big room”
The only thing good is the room which is fairly big as compared to the normal Japan hotels. Bad sides are, there is just one main switch for the whole room which means if you want to use the washroom in the mid of the night, you got no choice but have to light up the whole room. That’s very inconvenience!! Speaking of that, there are three separate light switches for the toilet and bathroom, why that many? Absurd! Meanwhile, there is no mirror in the bedroom but only one in the toilet, it seems the necessities are in the toilet area but not in the living room. And no dressing table too. Will not recommend much to stay here unless you are in no concern of these.

Spacious, quiet hotel”
I booked a deluxe twin room, 35 sq m, very spacious. I liked the clean, cosy cottage-like deco in the room. Amenities available - TV, Wifi, air con cum heater, fridge, slippers, water boiler, bathroom toiletries, dryer, etc. Bathroom is huge, a bathtub & spacious sit down shower area (typical onsen type). We took the breakfast option, which is a simple set meal, western style. On 2 mornings for breakfast, we were the only ones in the dining area. Staffs are helpful and friendly. One particular staff spoke excellent English, having stayed in Philippines for 5 years. Lawson mini mart is just beside hotel. Less than 5 mins walk is Aeon mini mart and Yokohamabashi shopping street. It is also a 5 mins walk to Isezaki-chojamachi station, which is on the Blue Subway Line. My gripe is there are no hooks to hang towels or clothings. There is 1 very thin pillow. Upon my request, staff provided a much thicker pillow, great. Overall, it is a good 2 nights stay.

Leider nur okay”
Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten uns aufgrund des vergünstigten Preises dafür entschieden. Leider muss man das Parken vorher ankündigen, was aufgrund unserer kurzfristigen Entscheidung nicht mehr möglich war. Wir mussten also auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz gegenüber vom Hotel parken. Dieser kostete zum Glück nur maximal 1400¥, allerdings hätten wir auf einem anderen öffentlichen Parkplatz deutlich mehr bezahlt. Glück im Unglück. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber wenig gemütlich. Man versucht sie sauber zu halten, aber im Bad findet sich bereits der erste Schimmel. Das Hotel ist sicherlich in Ordnung für eine Nacht, aber für mehr auch nicht.

素泊まりプランで駐車場1台事前予約して行きました。 フロントの方がずっと笑顔ですごく良くて、お部屋もとても清潔で綺麗でした！ たくさんのサービスを求める方には向きませんが、泊まるだけであれば十分です。 最低限の設備と清潔なお部屋、素敵なスタッフさん、宿泊費が激安なので大満足でした\(^o^)/

タイトル通りのままです。ユニットバスでは無いと言うことが全てであとは何もありません。部屋も写真でのイメージで行くと裏切られます。そんなにキレイではありません。スタッフの方々の応対は良かったです。伊勢佐木町へは近いですが中華街へは歩くには少しあります。

チェックイン、外出、チェックアウトの際にお世話になったスタッフの方皆さん親切でした。部屋は広く(特にお風呂)、コンセントがたくさんありました。トイレは新しくて綺麗でした。3人で宿泊しましたが楽しくゆったり過ごせました。

マンションを改装したようなホテル”
写真と実際の部屋の印象がかなり違った。実際の部屋は、古いマンションを改装したようなホテル。泊まる部屋自体は清潔感があって良かったが、お風呂が古かった。徒歩１分圏内にコンビニがあるのはとても良かった。この価格ならこんな感じなのかなという印象で、可もなく不可もない。

デメリット ・お風呂が汚い (カビが目立つ) ・トイレにドアがない (洗面台の横で仕切りがある程度) ・臭くないけどいい匂いでもない ・エアコンがわかりずらい ・ベッドが硬い、枕高い ・夜〜明け方に外からバイクの音？がして少しうるさい メリット ・コスパがいい ・トイレが綺麗 ・意外と広い ・すぐ近くにコンビニがある お風呂が汚い＆ベッドが硬い のが残念でしたが、ホテルの人の対応も悪くなくコスパもよかったので自分的にはよかったです。 ただお風呂は本当に汚いです。
