Renovated, very modern / retro looking”
I stayed at the hotel just before grand opening. Very nicely renovated facility, spacious rooms. Staff was also great. My only suggestion for the hotel is to have more ‘western’ breakfast choices. I’d definitely go back to this hotel.

Great hotel for 24hrs in Hsinchu, Nice room , free parking , late bar and nice tasty breakfast . Clean modern hotel- even had a Nespresso machine in the room!

Breakfast”
Indigo used to offer a special breakfast. You order one main course from the menu, and also enjoy a buffet with variety of selection. I came back again, just because of this special breakfast. However, they had changed the breakfast into a typical buffet, the same boring as every other hotel has. The foods are good, but not special enough to be a reason to go back. The room and facility remain the high quality, that I am glad they did not downgrade for cost reason.

The reception is friendly, and kind to our cats. Their room is clean and comfortable. The best is that we can live with our cats. Unfortunately, the provisions for pets are inadequate, and they can only provide dog's snacks for our cats.

Excellent hotel staff”
The hotel staff were all very accomodating and I can tell that they are really trying to help with my inquiries and requests . Special shout out to the guy by the door who is always asking how he could help, one of the front desk personnel who went out of her way to assist on getting our party of 7 to big city mall, and one of the breakfast staff who had limited English but was so helpful that we understood each other with my very very limited Chinese.

Lovely hotel in Hsinchu area. Although not located in city centre, hotel is accessible by taxi. There is a convenient store and restaurant beside the hotel. Travelling around Hsinchu is only by bus or taxi. Friendly staff in the hotel. Freeflow of snack at the hotel bar, great place to hangout with the family.

常宿にしたい程満足しました(^^)”
とっても良かったです。到着時、一瞬レセプションを探したのですが、直ぐにエントランス正面のバーのスタッフが、右横にあるcafe（ここがレセプション）に案内してくれました。お部屋は天井が3m程あって高いので、開放感があり実際の広さよりもかなり広く感じました。洗面、お風呂ブースも全て清潔でした。シャワーヘッドもホースタイプで使いやすく、水圧もバッチリ。特にレストランでサーブしてくれたスタッフは素晴らしかった。的確かつフレンドリーな対応をして貰えて、1人でしたがとても充実したお食事タイムを過ごせました。ポルチーニスープとボロネーゼパスタも美味しかったです。歩いて10分くらいにコンビニ、15分くらいに大きなスーパーがあり、和食のお店もあります。また新竹に来る時は、ここに泊まります(o^^o)

The room and hotel facilities and services meet star certification standards. The staff are very polite and friendly. I came to the hotel by motorcycle. Although I asked about parking space on the phone, the hotel does not provide motorcycle parking spaces. However, the staff were very thoughtful and helped me solve this problem. When I arrived, I found that the location where I originally parked was incorrect. I asked the front desk and they said I could park in their employee parking space. They had a record of my previous inquiry, so the staff who received me quickly understood my needs and directed me to the correct location. They even kindly said that there are surveillance cameras to ensure safety. I had a comfortable stay for three days and the breakfast was also very delicious. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely go there again!
