I couldn't agree more with the majority 5 stars review of this hotel because the fact is, this hotel is beyond 5 stars. Everything is wonderful, I wish I find this hotel sooner. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from Nishi-Umeda Station. The check-in process is fast and no hustle. No need to worry or have any confusion because the front desk could speak English well. I booked the Superior Twin Room at 5th floor. The room was spacious, clean and neat. Everything was well-designed! The amenities exactly complement your needs. The modern onsen (public bath) is what you need after a long walk around Umeda and Shinsaibashi; they also don't forget the massage chair so you can be even more relaxed. The price is cheap and definitely worth it. I will absolutely come back and stay in this hotel again when I visit Shinsaibashi next time.

Highly recommend”
This hotel has really great staff and amenities. The rooms are also clean, good size, and well equipped. The hotel offers free drinks and snacks at scheduled times during the day and also evening congee with various toppings. The laundry room works really well. The public spa is a huge bonus. The hotel is located close to Osaka station and it was very convenient to transit to places. I would stay here again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others.

a very enjoyable stay”
good facilities: lounge for the whole day tho we didn't get to use it very often as we went for sightseeing for the whole day. Enjoyed the spa a lot after an exhausting day walking around the city. very smooth check-in: most of the check in process are self serviced but staff speaks good English and are willing to help. large room: room is comparatively large comparing with other hotels in popular area with similar price, and it's newly renovated so it's a very comfortable stay good location: it's near west umeda Station, so you can take the metro to namba easily. it's just ard 10min walk from Osaka Station and all those department store in the area. will definitely consider this hotel when we come again

Excellent hotel stay”
I first booked this hotel for its location, public bath. I found out way more perks of booking this hotel. First this hotel is right next to Herbis Osaka and the biggest train exchange station in Osaka. Train exit right next to hotel entrance. Hotels offer many facilities: gym, free snacks and coffee, public bath. The public bath is really big considering it’s in the middle of the city. At ~10pm I think it’s the peak hour for the bath use and still didn’t feel crowded. They have a barrister serving hand drip coffee almost the entire day. It’s a really thoughtful act. Hotel staff cannot be more helpful. I asked the staff to help me call a traditional sushi shop as I don’t speak Japanese. A special shout-out to Miss 西沢 for spending ~10 minutes to find me a table the next day! Hotel room is beyond comfy. Very spacious considering the price I paid. I had a full work day staying in the room and occasionally went down for coffee. Oh, and many food options near hotel. From most affordable to most expansive. Of course there are convenient stores everywhere. Definitely recommending this hotel for everyone. I travelled alone this time and saw a lot of family staying here as well having a good time.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Osaka station which has many food eateries, shops and supermarket there. The room is very clean and modern. I like the breakfast too. One plus point is the airport transfer coach service is very near the hotel so it is very convenient for my family with big luggages. O

Great hotel ”
For the first time visitor, it may be tough for you to identify the metro exit of Osaka/Umeda station that is just next to the hotel. However once you identified that, this would easily be one of the best hotels that you ever had visited in Osaka with great service and cleanliness. Room size is good in Osaka , and bathroom is equipped with rain shower and yet you will have access to public shower as well too . Also complimentary drink and snacks are served almost 24hour at the lobby.

Best Hotel in my entire 14days trip”
We changed 5 hotels during our 14days Japan trip, and this hotel is no doubt the most comfortable and best room we have stayed! It's just 2mins walk away from the nearest exit to Osaka station and we had 4 beds set up in a corner room which was extremely comfortable with ample space. Check in and out was self service and very efficient. Breakfast was simple and do not expect too much for a business hotel.

Lovely stay”
Hotel is located about 10mins walk away from Osaka station if you carry luggages. But entrance to underground shopping street is just across the road, so not difficult to walk. The free services in lounge is welcomed, though we were out the whole day during our 3 nights stay so couldn't use any of them. Room size is good in Japanese standard. Enough room for me to have one 26inch and one 20 inch case fully opened for the nights. Will recommend .

Surprisingly great value!”
Loved the cleanliness and very close to the station! As part of the amenities there is a public bath in the premises, free early morning or late night snacks, and room pajamas to use. Staff uses iPads with translations on it to make check in and out easy. They even have lockers for luggage in the lobby. Being close to station, we just grabbed quick meals or souvenirs at Osaka Station. Overall really great value!

It was okay. About 8-10 mins walk from JR Osaka station Sakurabashi exit. Staff was helpful when i called for assistance to retrieve item dropped under bed. No complaints. A decent hotel. You can walk to LUCUA shopping malls if you wish.

Osaka itself is busy, but Intergate is located at a very nice spot where you can enjoy a bit of the non-busyness of the city. It's extremely convenient from Kansai airport, take bus number 5 then off at UM2 , you'r just 3 min walk from the hotel! All stuff is nice and great value of money OMG

Beautiful Large rooms for the price”
Out of our entire trip to Japan, this hotel had the largest rooms and we think the best value. We loved the rooms, service, and amenities. The coffee was great and in the evenings they have anything you need down in the lobby to pick up. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

The room service is professional through our 6-day stay. SPA service at top floor is good. The hotel is near Osaka Station in 10 minutes walk that you can travel easily by JR West. Also there is an airport bus route service to Kansai International Airport at Herbis Osaka, which is nearby the hotel.
