Good upmarket business hotel in a convenient location”

The Hotel JAL City Aomori is a very comfortable hotel. The staff are very professional and helpful and the rooms are large and well appointed. The hotel is in a very good location and it is a easy walk to most of the attractions and the railway station. Also the buffet breakfast was very good.

Best hotel in Aomori by far!”

This hotel is the best hotel that you can stay in Aomori. The breakfast is worth it, and deserves all the awards and praises it receives. They switch it up every few days to make sure that is not the same thing over and over. The room itself is bigger than the standard room in Japan, and the hotel is quite central, walking distance to many of the sights and attractions. The hotel also offers bike rental if you would like to go out and explore the countryside. I highly recommend this if the day is clear. Hotel staff are lovely and will try to accommodate.

we were impressed of the hotel location cleanliness and breakfast last time so we came back again. this time we booked the twin bed and it was great , the double bed last time was too small. the internet was excellent for playing online games. would certainly stay here again

It can be arrived within 8-10 minutes if taking a walk from Aomori train station. Easy to access the famous attractions nearby the station. The room and facilities are also quite good. Nice experience to stay here.

Superb Breakfast & excellent service”

We stayed for 2 nights here and very happy with breakfast . Staff hospitality is also beyond my expectation , my 2 bags were sent here in advance and staff managed to sent them into my room . They even help moving them into the new room on the next day , I don't have to do anything but packed. Very professional.

Worth the money.”

The exterior look of the hotel was quite old, however, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really nice, a lot of choices and all was delicious.

There are a couple of original colour prints by the French artist Bernard Buffet (* 10. Juli 1928 in Paris; † 4. Oktober 1999 in Tourtour, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur) in this hotel - absolut fantastic! They offer lunch for a very decent price. I experienced perfect service.
