朝食は絶対に食べるべき”

半年ぶり二度目の滞在ですが、今回も快適に過ごすことができました。 ビジネスホテルとしては広い客室、硬めで寝心地の良いベッド、ドライヤーも風量が多くて嬉しくなります。 なんといっても評判の朝食が最高！ 正月なのでおせち料理もありましたが、どれも手が込んでいておいしい。 冷や汁も某シェ○トンのものよりも出汁が効いていてずっとおいしくて感動しました。 駐車場も最初は戸惑いますが、楽しいです。病みつきになります笑

さすが、JAL系列ホテル！”

15周年とはいえ、きれいです。駐車場は乗車したまま、専用のエレベーターで入庫できます。ロビーも部屋も清潔に保たれていました。友人とシングルを一部屋ずつ予約したのですが、ツインにグレードアップしていただき、ツインのシングルユースで快適に過ごせました。ベッドのマットレスも寝心地が良く、ぐっすり眠れました。難を１つ付けるとすれば、バスルームが少し狭く、ここだけはビジネスホテルかなと思いました。朝食は素晴らしく、利用して正解でした！スタッフの対応もきめ細やかで好感がもてました。料理の説明もしていただき、ありがとうございます！でも、ロビーのスタッフの対応は素っ気なく、何だか寂しい感じがしましたので、☆4つとします。また、宮崎市に来ることがあれば、利用したいですね。

館内、部屋共に清潔で、とても快適でした。また宮崎滞在には利用したいと思います。 室内もシンプルなデザインでよかったのですが、ベッドの照明はつけられたのですが、デスクライトがおしゃれで、スタイリッシュすぎて、スイッチが探せませんでした(笑)(笑)。でも特に不便でなかったので、問題ございませんでした。 仕事に観光に疲れた体を癒す素敵なお部屋と雰囲気でした。

バイキングは品数でなく、一つ一つの素材と手の込んだ料理が朝から目を引きます。箸類や手袋も個装され個別にテーブルに用意されて安心感があります。またホスピタリティも高いと感じました。忙しいのにわざわざ店外でコーヒーの持ち帰りを勧めてくださいました。

ホテル自体は大変満足できるものではあるものの、特筆するほどの点は見当たりませんでした。すみません！ ただ、評判通り…いや期待以上の朝食に大満足。あの朝食を食べるためにまた泊まりたいと思える程です。 宮崎に行く機会があったら是非宿泊してみて下さい。

agoda予約の際にリクエストする内容についての回答はありません。 そういうホテルは他にもありますが、メールをしても返信なし。 バスタオルをプラス1枚毎回希望するのですが、部屋になかったので、外出帰りに、フロントでピックアップ。 電子音が苦手なのでエレベーターの近くではない部屋の希望に対し、微妙な部屋でもあり、リクエストがシステム的に伝わっていないのかと思われましたが、伝わっており、希望通りの部屋を手配いただいたそうです（私にはそう感じなかった）。 朝食が素晴らしいとの大半のコメントでしたので、期待が膨らんでました。 ある程度納得できるレベルでした。 ブースが2つに分かれていて、その間に厨房への通路、 順路が決まっていて、2つ目のブース（冷や汁とかある）を待っていると、スタッフさんの邪魔になります。 並びが疑問でした。 また、コーヒーだけがレジ横？にあり、他と同様セルフなのかと思ったら、そこだけサービスいただけるというのも理解できず。 セルフではない理由が分かりません。 案内時に聞いてサーブするならわかりますが、こちらから声がけするならセルフの方が良いです。 フルーツとジュースは、各テーブルに回ってました。これもセルフが良いです。 前泊が徒歩10分ほどのビジネスホテルでしたが、 対応も部屋もそちらに軍配が上がります。 微妙に残念なことが目につきました

あらゆる面で感染対策に気を遣っている姿勢がみられた。エレベーターの人数制限、レストランでの手袋の個別包装、トング等の交換時間管理、ドレッシングや薬味などの小袋対応と他所ではなかなかみられない。残念なのは椅子を拭き取りしていなかった点ぐらい。

バスルーム広めでシャワーの圧が強いくてとてもよい。 駅からは少し歩くがかわりに繁華街に近いためとても便利です。 唯一の欠点はWi-Fiの速度。改善をお願いします。 宮崎訪問の際にはまた泊まります。
