Location and breakfast ”
Very convenient as this hotel is located near the gate to Universal Studio Japan. Just abt 3 mins walk to USJ gate entrance. And there is a lot of japanese restaurants and convenient stores such as 7-eleven and Lawson are within the area and within a walking distance (3 minutes walk). Train station is just opposite the hotel. Red Losters in City Mall USJ nearby is serving a muslim foods and it is halal certified. Keihan hotel buffet on the 32 floor is also serving muslim halal foods but reservation must be made in advance due to many bookings. Fully recommend the hotel as it is very close to USJ and food outlets.

Enjoyable stay”
The hotel is the perfect place to be if attending USJ Japan. The room with 4 beds on the 30th floor was amazing also had a nice selection of toiletries. The bathroom was huge and very spacious. The beds were also very comfortable slept like a log. Also the premium breakfast on the 30th floor was very nice really enjoyed the grilled salmon and the sirloin steak was cooked to perfection. Checkout was super easy. Cons: considered parking to be expensive at ¥3500 for 24 hrs Tip: checking in between 8:00pm to 9:00 can be hectic so be prepared to line up. Will definitely be staying here again.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to USJ. It's on the more affordable end of all the USJ-affiliated hotels, but we were very pleasantly surprised to see how nice the hotel really is. The room and facilities were extremely clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional”
Keihan Universal Tower was the best! It is a two minute walk from the hotel to the park, so the location is perfect and very convenient. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. There is also an onsen which is really relaxing after a long day walking around the park. The hotel also sells tickets to the park which is very helpful, as trying to buy online is difficult and waiting at the park sometimes takes a while. I highly recommend this hotel, and I certainly plan to stay again for my next Universal adventure!

We are a family of 5 and it is difficult to find a hotel that has room for all 5 of us In one room! We were right next to the Train Station, walk out right into the city walk, and did I mention that it’s less than a 5 minute walk away from USJ entrance! There is a convenience store on the first floor, which is convenient, but it is crowded in the morning, so it is better to shop with plenty of time to spare. The natural hot spring on the top floor is very nice, although you have to pay for it.

No frills but great for those wanting to spend time at Universal Studios. You can purchase Universal Studios entrance tickets from the Reception Counter which was convenient.

Room with a view of USJ”
This is probably our 4th time staying in this hotel. The room we stayed at recently is quite small but comfortable. Some furniture are a little worn out but still serves its purpose. We will definitely stay here again because of the location.
