Nice comfortable stay and mr. Nenad saved the day :)”

The staff - mr. Nenad was exceptional, very helpful as the kitchen was closed he prepared delicious meal because he could not leave us hungry. the ambient of the hotel is very chic, you can lock your bicycles, rooms are nice, big and clean.
They should give precise information on booking about kitchen working hours and other detailed information regarding your eventual stay before booking (possibility about dinner, check-in, etc....). if there was no mr. Nenad, we would be completely lost. and we would not be only one.... another two bicyclist were also there.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly
The hotel was having some reconstruction done so the menu was limited to one item per day although every dish was exceleent.

A memorable stay”

We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and allowed to put our bicycles in a safe place in the (unused) cafe area We had a very nice vegan meal in the dining room. What made our stay exceptional was the way we were looked after the next day, as overnight devastating floods swept through the whole region, and we were trapped by deep water and swift (and deadly) currents swirling all around the hotel. Water and electricity were cut off, so no lighting, toilets, showers or wifi. The staff went out of their way to look after us despite the heartbreaking mess the water was making to the lower floor of the hotel (a foot deep in places). After we were evacuated by emergency services the staff looked after the bikes and luggage we had to leave behind, until we could collect it a few days later. We will never forget the generosity of the hotel people, and the people of Dravogradu, for looking after two Australian tourists when there was so much chaos all around, and we hope that the hotel gets back to normal as soon as possible.

Set in an industrial estate with renovation work on the property itself and to the access bridge ( so had a long detour to get to it). We were directed to a partly used breakfast table rather than a clean one.

Parking just outside the hotel is spacious and free. Location is silent, but boring as it is in the middle of an industrial area. Staff was friendly and spoke great English. Rooms are clean and big.
The breakfast was fairly sparse, not too many options and the bread was dry. The hotel had several parts that were under construction and there was zero sense of safety. When looking for our room we found an elevator shaft that was open, without any sort of safety barrier. Kids could fall down and get harmed or worse. The place was obviously under reconstruction but the lack of safety goes against EU rules and regulations.

They preapred us breakfast package each day since we was not able to be on time for breakfasts. 🙂 Also, we had some issue with the water flow. They repaired this instantly they were ready to giv us some other room but at the end it was not necessary since everything was solved instantly. Jotel staff was great. Manager of the hotel excelent.
One night it was really noisy because of the celevration party downstairs. DJ was screeming all the fime and we hear him in our room. Other days it was really ok.
