Clean room with friendly staff- very close to gotemba station”
Great place to stay- clean and close to gotemba station. Staff spoke english well and even printed maps and highlighted routes for us. Free wifi and free breakfast also a plus. Will definitely stay again.

Small room, free wifi, no TV entertainment”
The room is small, only equipped with a semi double bed(smaller than usual double bed). TV only equipped with 1 channel, if you want to view movies you will need to purchase their VOD which is 1000 yen for 1 full day of shows. The breakfast is average, it doesn't come with a lots of variety but it is still acceptable. There is free parking within the hotel but limited lot. This hotel location is difficult to find using GPS as the GPS will show you other entrance instead of the main hotel entrance.

Great location”
The rooms are small (just like any other hotel in Tokyo, especially in the city) but you can't beat the proximity to the train station (right across the street), convenience store (right beside the hotel's front door), and good restaurants (ramen, wagyu, izakayas). The staff was nice and accomodating. The Handy phones (that weren ot available yet when we stayed in 2016) are very helpful. So was Pepper, the information robot in the lobby. We always stay here when we're in Tokyo and we just keep coming back! My whole family was with my this time and they were not disappointed at all.

The location is 7 min away from the bus station to Subashiri entrance of mountain Fuji. Good breakfast (rich options for this price) which is provided from 6:30 a.m, so that it is easy to catch up the first bus to Subashiri.

A brand new hotel with an excellent service”
We do appreciate the helpful staff who can still speak a few english words. When I asked him where is the nearest hospital/pharmacy, he asked me what kind of sickness and he offered us medicine for cold. Do appreciate his kindness

I have expected that the room and bed should be bigger than the hotels in Tokyo. To my disappointment, it is much smaller and does not seems to be a full queen sized bed.

2度と泊まりたくない”
ダブルブッキングでキャンセルされそうになったり、初めから嫌な予感でした。 アゴダさんに助けてもらい宿泊はできましたが、 泊まらなければ良かったと後悔しています。 自分が悪いのですがホテルに忘れ物をしてしまい、ホテルからは一切連絡はない、しかも忘れてきたものは捨てられてしまったのか殆ど無くなってしまいました。

ゴールデンウィークに宿泊しましたが、コストパフォーマンスは抜群でした。 駐車場が早い時間にホテルのそばは満車になってしまいますので、チェックインを早めにするのがお勧め。 近場が満車になると少し離れた場所にある駐車場に停めることになります。ローダウン車やスポーツカーなども少し離れた平坦な砂利の駐車場に停める必要があります。この値段で宿泊できるのであれば文句無し。とにかく安く泊まりたいならお勧めです。

離御殿場車站一小段路，服務親切，有大眾浴池能泡！”
飯店比較舊型，但是有翻修過，房間比較小，但乾淨舒適，大眾浴池的開放時間滿長的，雖然浴池不大，可是泡溫泉很舒服！附近沒有便利商店，但是飯店有設置投幣式飲料機。早餐很美味！
