This is hotel has aged gracefully, We love the view over the Kurobe Gorge, whilst the one of the dinning rooms oversee one of the hydroelectric power station and signature railway bridge. The in-house dinner was delicious, but the highlight is the onsen, comprising indoor and outdoor pools. It was huge, has fantastic resting areas, and opens 24-hour. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in Unazukionsen ”
Pros - Once reach Unazukionsen station, go to Tourist Info Center ask a staff to call hotel for pickup. Very friendly and attentive staff especially during mealtime, like a butler service.. Very delicious traditional Japanese food . Nice onsen with choices of amenities. Cons - None

Love this hotel ”
This hotel is abit far from the station and upslope so walking there is tough but luckily they provide transport. I was there late and raining so was grateful the staff came to pick us in justv5 minutes. He is really a nice friendly guy who speaks English and very helpful whom I forgotten to ask his name. He patiently explained to me the facilities and help us to the room. The room is big to our surprise with the setup in Japanese style. The onsen is big with outdoor corner. We love the room, the onsen, the service provided. If we can reach earlier, we will even try their butler style dinner. Next time maybe.

トロッコ列車の旅”
黒部峡谷を目的に、宿泊しました。 施設としては古い感じがしましたが、お掃除が行き届いていて、お部屋、大浴場共に清潔で気持ち良く使えました。個人的には、ここの売りはお風呂だと思います。満点の星と川の流れる音と雄大な山がそびえ立っているのを眺めながらの露天風呂は最高でした。温泉もとてもいいものでした。お部屋からの山の眺めもとても癒されます。 お食事に関してはまぁまぁというところです。特に際立って美味しいものや、思考を凝らしたものが出てくるわけではなかったので少し残念でした。朝食にコーヒーゼリーはいらないから、コーヒーつけてほしかったですね。
