Worth the money! Great Onsen”
Loved my stay here as I visited Kirishima. The large hot spring bath was so nice and the sauna was legit. They have a gym and a swimming pool for extra charge which I didn’t use but really wanted to if time allowed! Staff were nice and the hotel itself is super clean and comfortable with high quality bed. Only thing is it’s not so convenient if you want to pop out for grocery shopping if you don’t have a car.

Nice & Tidy Hotel”
Behind the main building, there is a place of grave. But I stayed in Annex building, so I am not much care about it. My room can view the Sakura-jima. It is very nice. The room is tidy. The hotel uses much glass to collects natural light into the hotel and makes it more neat and comfortable.

笑顔、サービス共に最高の対応をしていただけました。部屋の中の照明が暗く、本を読むのにも苦労し、電気スタンドをすぐ用意して頂けたり、スタッフ全員の方の笑顔がとても素晴らしかったです。清掃で舞ったゴミが入らないようにラップをしてもらったり、きめ細かさが素晴らしいです。

窓から桜島が見える部屋でよかった。 ロビーに綺麗なチャペルが有り 吹き抜けになった客室の通路からの造りも良かった。 室内で 大浴場やレストランの写真付の情報がなかったのは少し残念。わからなかったので外に食事に出た。
