good base to visit the volacano”
room condition was a bit poor and cramped but we weren't fussy so it wasn't a big deal. don't bother going to the restaurant next door for dinner though, food was terrible. the breakfast at the hotel itself was ok though. the location was ideal for making a trip up the volcano the next day and the hotel has some nice views itself. staff were also very friendly and helpful which is always appreciated.

The bungalows are spacious enough and they all come with a heater, which we needed as the temperature dropped a lot during the evenings. Our bathroom smelled of moist, which I guess is due to the fact that it has not a very good ventilation and it becomes foggy in the evenings. Biggest downside is that the rooms are pretty badly isolated, and we literally overheard our next door neighbors having a good time. Good for them, but not really what we had hoped for. The shower was small but fine. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and bread. Friendly staff. Wifi only worked in the lobby/reception. We did not make us of the sauna or hot tub. All-in-all, the location is fine for a visit to the volcano, but we feel the price of 80 euros a night is a bit high compared to what we got for that amount elsewhere on the island.

Un week-end en famille. L'accueil est parfait, la restauration de très bon niveau (dîner au restaurant et petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel). Mini-golf, billard, sauna, hammam, ping-pong... tout ce qu'il faut pour occuper petits et grands... La chambre est spacieuse et calme, la literie de bon niveau. Un petit rafraîchissement des installations (huisseries, peintures, etc...) serait à prévoir, mais rien de grave. L'emplacement pour aller randonner est idéal. Nous reviendrons.

Pour notre rand du lendemain c'était l'endroit idéal. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Les chambres sont propres et agréables au vue de la notation (2 étoiles amplement méritée). Jacuzzi, Sauna et hammam sont un vrai plus quand le temps le permet...

Séjour agréable, chambre un peu petite mais propre, personnel sympathique, jacuzzi/sauna gratuits vraiment profitables! Bon rapport qualité prix. Petit bémol au niveau gastronomie: il n'y a pas possibilité de manger sur place à part petit déjeuner qui est ceci dit bien.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel just pour une nuit car nous avions une soirée de spectacle Pat Jaune Le personnel de cet hotel n'est pas très souriant, l'accueil très moyen Hotel bien situé. Chambre simple mais propre . Je trouve que c'est un peu cher Au niveau du petit déjeuner : bien que nous soyons dans les tous premiers, nous n'avons pas eu les fruits. Ils auraient du mettre les produits locaux ( confiture etc....)

Séjour agréable, personnel accueillant, spas relaxant, endroit calme. Restaurant a l'intérieur de l'hotel, très bon, même si les prix sont légèrement élevé. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se représente.
