Room & Toilet very clean but when 1st day reach there water heater spoil. After complaint they will arrange maintenance & fix it on the same day. I like their response. Very near to airport too. The staff there also very helpful and nice. By the way is my 2nd time stay this hotel and higher recommend plus night time can enjoy drink at skybar. Thanks.

Best hotel ever”
We choose this hotel despite being in the island because we spent our days outside. However, we were surprised that everything is prepared in excellent manner. Hotel gave us free airport transfer and even allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was delicious and they even have mini mart below the hotel just in case you wanted to buy snacks and drinks. Other amenities is provided like soap and so on. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service.

2nd Time Stay”
Hotel Labuan Point will be my family destination for my stay in labuan. This time around we are able to join the ramadhan buffet it is really good lot of variety with considerable price. Restaurant location at 8th floor you can see Labuan City from the restaurant its really a nice view. Hotel staff is friendly help to assist on airport pickup. Room is clean. 5-10 min drive to city center. Will definitely cameback for my next visit to Labuan.

Very near to the Labuan Airport and UTC/Central Market Labuan. Room very spacious and clean. The are sky bar&restaurant inside the hotel, and convenience store to. They got airport transfer transportation.

Stayed here for a business trip - 1st impression about this hotel room is very clean & surely the housekeeping has done a good job. The rooftop restaurant & skybar also serving varieties of beverages & food at very reasonable price. spacious parking spaces. Definitely will recommend this to my friends.

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center. Everything was great except they didn't provide iron board so you have to iron your clothes on bed.

I have a very pleasant stay in Labuan Point, clean room and spacious worth the price. They have a pickup service, this is a very good service. Hotel have arrange pickup from Labuan Ferry Terminal and Send Us to Airport the next day. Thank you. We will definitely come again!
