Booked Hotel Inawashiro Listel Wing Tower but was allocated Honkan. Reception Staff inconsiderate. ”
1. Reception Staff not Considerate. We arrived around 7 pm, dark and cold. After the check in procedure, we were vaguely given the direction to go to our hotel room. We had to walk out of the hotel in that cold night, the light on the path was dim. There were a steps to walk. I left my 72 year old spouse in a shelter and went by myself looking for the hotel room. Then we realised it was Honkan. I entered a hall and called the reception staff. She asked me for the place i was in. She herself said she did not know the premise well. Finally she went with her supervisor to pick us from basement 1. Point: 1. why the Reception allowed us to wonder around the hotel when she could get someone to show us the way in that cold dark night. 2. She could have shown us the short cut route which she took with her supervisor 3. I booked Wing Tower but was given Honkan. Reception staff said the price i paid was for Honkan. I refused to accept her reason as i booked Wing Tower. Please explain.

A little tired, cramped room and wrong room provided.”
We were given a room that did not match our booking (ie away from the Wing Tower). The room was tired, access corridors had a mould odour. On that basis we cut our stay short (no refund offered). Staff were generally nice (but could not match the service if all other places we stayed). Even with the assistance of a Japanese guest, the problem with the room was unable to be fixed. Poor information about lift passes, ski school (at least for non-Japanese speakers). Food was OK. Suitable for smaller families but disappointing.

Excellent value booked via agoda”
Booked a room a day out, got a great price. Upon arrival we had an excellent greeting by the staff. There is a lot of parking available. It hosts both tour groups and individual travelers. The hotel is clean and our room was large compared to other hotels we've visited in Japan. All rooms have a view of part of Lake Inawashiro. The onsen pools were medium-size, in good condition, and the water was relatively hot but didn't have a notable odor. We had eaten a late lunch, so we didn't go for dinner until fairly late, but still had a great meal in the Izakaya. This facility was also in great condition. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty food, and they were refreshing it up until closing. There's also a store inside the hotel selling omiyage, and there was a morning vegetable and fruit market outside the buffet rooms. Although we couldn't use them, there are ski lifts and an outdoor adventure area right outside the hotel. Highly recommended!

Fantastic staff, nice view (looking out)”
The aesthetics of the hotel are somewhat lost in a timewarp. Looks like a Deathstar, set against a staggeringly beautiful backdrop. A cross between a Crest Hotel circa 1982, and Butlins. But staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are large by Japanese standards, and the views from the hotel are great. So if you are going to Fukushima, then stay there. Just dont look at it.

Nice for Ebisu Circuit”
approx 30 min driving to Ebisu, but really worth it ! Excellent place to stay, relaxing and classy with correct price if you share the room with 3-4 people.

Superbe hotel ”
L hotel est situé au pied des pistes, à la lisière d'une grande forêt. Nous y sommes allés en aout, il y avait tout un lot d'activités : pêche, mongolfière, accro branche, labyrinthe végétal, trampoline, piscine, spa, massage etc...Le seul "bémol" est que tout est payant mais cela reste raisonnable. La chambre était spacieuse, internet via wifi ou cable ethernet,la vue est magnifique, les repas sont à volonté et le choix est grandiose et la nourriture est de qualité. Pour les enfants ce fut un grand moment de plaisir et un déchirement lors du départ. Rien à redire cet hotel est tout simplement enchanteur et son cadre magique.

スキーのため宿泊しました。目の前にゲレンデがあり、小規模ですが広く緩やかなので初心者や子連れには安心して滑れます。板を履かずにリフトにも乗れる珍しいタイプです。 疲れたら部屋にすぐ戻れるのも有り難いです。スキーロッカーもあり、設備は古いけど便利です。 お風呂も露天風呂があり良いです。 室内プールもあるので荒天時にはプールも行ける! スタッフの方も気さくで親切。お掃除の方も親切でした。 お部屋からの眺めは最高! 夕日がとっても綺麗でこれだけでも充分泊まる価値あり。 唯一、食事会場が地下の披露宴会場ですが、閉鎖空間で食事する雰囲気でなく残念です。 ぜひまた行きたいです。

１つだけ”
全ては満足でした。 そんな感想では参考にならないでしょうね 笑 あえて１つ。 浴場のレイアウトですが、スタッフさんの説明通り2階を経由して大浴場に行きましたが、エレベーター乗り継ぎ、歩くってのが難点かと。 露天風呂は、大浴場からの連絡口を開けられると、この時期メチャ寒い風が一気に吹き込むので、風除室を設けたらイイなって思いました。 露天風呂と大浴場が別なら内湯の方がアクセスの良い方がイイですね。 それでもとても良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 あえて意見させて頂きました。 また利用させて頂きます。

想像以上でした”
お部屋は清潔でいうことありません。ベッドメーキングの方からの鶴のおりがみとお手紙の心遣いがとても感動しました。子供がいたのでベッドガードをお願いしたところすぐに対応していただきました！部屋からの眺めは最高です。温泉は内風呂も露天風呂も大きくゆっくりできました。シャワーも出続けるところもいいです！またシャンプーなどはちみつが使われていたのもうれしかったです。 １つだけ残念なことがありました。それは加湿器を借りたところ汚れがひどく、しかも超音波しきだったのでウイルスさ最近が発生します。 そこの改善をおねがいしたいと思いました。 トータル的にもまた行きたいと思いました！

プールと露天風呂、スキー場を完備した素敵なホテルでした。露天風呂もチラチラと雪の舞う中で熱めの温度でとても気持ちが良かったです。この値段で泊まれたのは本当にラッキーでした。ただ一つ残念だったのは、空調設備が古いようで温度調節が難しかった事です。

高層階からの眺望が良かったです。猪苗代湖と磐梯山と両方眺められます。また、ホテルの敷地内て色々なアトラクションが出来たり、ハーブ園内では、ウサギと散歩や、ひまわり迷路があり、子供も楽しんでいました。 食事はバイキングでしたが、もう少し目玉商品が多くあると良いなぁという印象でした。朝食のパイナップルは美味しかったです。
