こじんまりした部屋ですが レンジもあり使い勝手がいいです。 部屋に電話がないので携帯から店舗を調べてフロントに電話しましたが朝11時以降でないと対応しないそうで、総合案内？の方に伝言を、頼みました。 あと、お風呂の下水臭かった。どのリブマックスもそうですが下水臭いんですよね。その点を差し引いても安いので満足です。

安価なビジネスにしては悪くはないと思います。 ただ、千葉中央も利用したことがありますがそちらよりは「スタッフと清掃」については良くないと感じました。 チェックインの男性スタッフの対応はサービス業としては行き届いておりませんでした。 部屋の清掃につきましても、千葉中央の方が行き届いておりました。

ホテルは綺麗ですし快適な室内ですが、スタッフが外国人の新人さんらしく、話が通じません。特に有料放送VODの切り替えが機能しないのを伝えておきましたが、夜勤の担当者に伝達されてないのか、なんのフォローもありませんでした。有料放送のカードを無駄にお金を使っていまいました。 いくらコストカットとはいえ内線もなく、フロント営業時間は20時までではホテルとしてのサービスには問題があるのかもしれませんね。

蘇我駅からすぐです”

隣はちょっとしたスーパーに来たような食料品、飲料も充実している薬局（朝９時からオープン）で立地は抜群！ただチェックアウト時間の朝8時から11時まではスタッフ無人との事でキャリーケースを預かってもらえなかった事が残念（駅改札出たコインロッカーを500円で使用しましたが)お風呂の排水が悪いのと水周りがもう少し綺麗だったら気持ちよかったです。各部屋に電子レンジが付いているのは有難かったです！

ホテル隣りはドラッグストア、飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーもあるので困らないです。 部屋に電子レンジもあるし、小さな冷凍庫もあるので、アイスクリーム程度なら冷やしておけるのも有難いですね。
