though staff there spoke English just a little bit, they were very friendly and helpful... room was clean, but very small. hotel has very good location enough close to Fuchu station. I find price is reasonable for hotel in Tokyo.

It was a pleasant stay. The room is too small but still okay since almost all day you will be out of the hotel. It's good for having a budget stay near Tokyo and if you prefer a private room with own bathroom instead of taking backpacker rooms or capsules. We still had a good pleasant sleep. The hotel is located in West Tokyo which is near to Showa Kinen Park and quite convenient for train stations transfer going to Mt. Fuji. Nearest station is Fuchu and it's 30 minutes away from Shinjuku but ensure to take the special express train.

Comfortable”

A little far from central Tokyo, but an easy 5 minute walk to Fuchu with good, fast speed links to the city. Staff did not speak good english, although they were very nice and helpful. The room was an ok size, bathroom was small, but for just one person it was a good size. Bed was comfortable and the internet connection was very fast and good. No airport transfer available but they did book me a taxi which was cheaper than anything else i had found looking online.

AC not functioning properly, room reeked of stale cigarette smoke”

It was a smoking room. No other option. The air conditioning/heat? Wasn't functioning properly. In AM, window was beading on inside of moisture. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes and i left with that 'smell' in my throat.

多少水音は聞こえるしタバコくさいけれども、十分安眠できました。スーパーもコンビニも目の前、コインパーキングも上限1000円〜1500円であり、費用対効果は抜群です。
