Unlike other reviews, hygiene was very good. The good thing was that the self-check-in machine had various languages, the hotel was quite clean, and the location of the hotel was not bad. B.u.t the downside is that it starts now. I'm sleeping and I hear snoring in the next room. Regardless of the customer's intention, you have to pay for the hot spring (about 150 yen a day).I was very embarrassed because there was no explanation written separately. It was very difficult for one of the front desk staff I met to communicate in another language. I found out that the concept was a business hotel in the first place when I arrived after making a reservation. I think I will give 3.5 out of 5. I don't want to recommend it to foreigners.

It is a good location of Hotel”
I had a bad eperience checking in with the hotel, the staff wasnt sure enough of my booking as he gave me a room number that still occupying the room. i went down again to ask him if he is sure about the room assignments as he gave me another key, but later on ask me to change agai. I was too tired that night as arrived from 6hrs long trip from Abashiri and i wanted to rest my body. It was such an unpleasant experience.

大浴場とサウナがあり、快適に滞在することができた”
ホテルのフロントの方や別途メイクの方の接客は良いと思います。 部屋にあるベッドも一流ブランド品を使用しており快適に寝ることができます。 各部屋に個別のエアコンがついており、好みの温度調整が可能だということもとても魅力的です。 サウナと大浴場があり、滞在中毎日サウナに入ることができました。 今回の滞在はとても良かったです。 一方で気になった点が少々ありまして、大浴場のロッカーの鍵がなく、誰がどこにいれたのかがわかりにくいという点もありました。 また、夜の時間帯人手が足りていないのかもしれませんが、脱衣所のロッカー周りが水滴だらけ、備品の位置がぐちゃぐちゃになっているなどという点が目立ちました。もう少し脱衣所や浴槽内の巡回を強化していただければと思います。 また部屋の椅子に背もたれ付きの椅子であってほしかったとあります。

バイク乗りお勧め”
札幌駅近郊でバイクが無料で駐車出来る貴重なホテルです。 駐車場は無いですが、従業員に言えば搬入通路のはじに停めさせてくれます。(何があった場合自己責任) 札幌駅近郊でバイク専用パーキングは少ないので凄く助かります。

静かで快適でした。”
こちらは初めての利用でした。大浴場があるのでゆっくりと湯船に浸かる事が出来て良かったです。その分、入湯税が150円懸かりますけど。繁華街までは結構距離ありますけど天気良ければ歩くのもアリです。近くにセブンイレブンもありますし。風呂に入れるのが一番有難いですね。すすきの店とあわせてまた利用したいと思います。有難う御座いました。

以前も利用しましたが、便利なロケーションでしかも温泉に入れるのが良いです。この手のホテルで大浴場があるのは、時間しばりが結構ありますが、ここは夜も朝もゆっくり入れます。 設備も必要なものは全て揃っています。
