We were on business trip and we didn’t have booked hotel priorly so we booked this hotel on this website 8am so when we arrived at hotel they said We can’t check-in before 3pm but on website it was stated that this hotel 24 hour checkin. Really bad experience.

チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の預け荷物ができない。 ことを、当日、チェックイン前に無人のフロントで初めて知りました。。秋葉原駅までキャリーケースを引きずって戻り、空いているコインロッカーを探して回りました。 予約前にそこは知っておいた方がいいです。

悪い口コミが多く警戒していたが”

思いの外綺麗だった。シャワーカーテンの黒カビは許容範囲。風呂場の壁に髪の毛1本付いていたが他のホテルでも経験あるのでこれも許容範囲。皆さん仰る通りエアコンの埃はひどくベッドの頭側の真上だったので怖くて着けられませんでした。 エレベーター内、責任者の電話番号が掲示してあり、フロントスタッフには何の権限もないため何かあればこちらに連絡をと書いてありました。それだけクレームが多いのでしょうか？今回は評判も分からず大手だから大丈夫だろうという安易な考えで予約してしまったが、今後はこちらの系列を使うことはないと思います。
