Very close to Ueno Station. Good for catching early train next morning. Small but clean room with comfortable and good size bed. Will visit again.

Hotel with Good Location and Price”
The hotel is very close to Ueno Station Iriya Exit with just 5 minutes walk and there are 2 convenient stores between hotel and station. Although the room is small and barely enough to open the luggage but the price is acceptable with this location for a single traveller. Hotel staffs were very nice and self check in & out process were very smooth. Cleaning of the room can be improved as dust can be found on desk and top of microwave oven.

Located in a tranquil street , near train exit, room is small as expected. Clean and overall experience is good , just a bit dusty. No housekeeping service even for 4/5 night stay , and need to change rubbish bag on my own. Staff is nice but majority if them are unable to speak English. Rains for some days during my stay , hotel provides umbrella for guests which is very great.

The room itself for a single person is clean, small but cute. You paid a little more than the capsule or pod hotels but totally get more privacy and your own bathroom. The location is good, just few minutes walk to JR train station, and less than 10 mins walk from Skyliner station. The staffs are nice, helpful, and can communicate in English well. There’s a laundry machine, vending machine for soft drinks and beers, and a real lobby once you get in the hotel. They provide water boiler, microwave, fridge, aircon, and TV in the room. I’ll stay here again next time I’ll be in Japan, and I really recommend this place.

Hotel aparentemente novo, limpeza razoável, não tem muita comodidade , você mesmo Tem que trocar as roupas de cama , não tem limpeza diária , o hóspede tem que Zelar e organizar o quarto. Achei isso a unica coisa inconveniente, no geral mais positivo que negativo, talvez ficaria hospedado novamente, devido a boa localização.

お風呂場のカーテンにカビが生えていたり、卓上の鏡が指紋だらけでベタベタでした。 駅からもそれほど近いとは言えず、この値段は高すぎると思います。 電子レンジが部屋にあるのは助かりました。

人手不足のせいなのか、残念ながら部屋の清掃がいき届いていなかった。ベッドサイトのミニテーブルにホコリがあり携帯についたし、バスタブにはトイレットペーパー？清掃用の紙？のようなものが残っていた。

正直、立地は良いけど”
他の口コミの方にもありましたが、ユニットバスに他の方の髪の毛やシャワーカーテンのカビが酷すぎる。 お風呂は近場のサウナや銭湯に行ってたのでシャワーは使わなかったけど正直、清潔感に欠ける。 フロントに常時従業員がいなく、ベルを鳴らしても出るまで時間がかかりすぎた。さらにエレベーターに部屋のカードキーをかざすセキュリティがないので、ちょっと大丈夫かなと不安を感じた。 寝るだけのホテルなら比較的安価なので割り切っても良いと思うが、 女性一人旅にはお勧めできない。

清潔さを求めなければまぁまぁです。”
口コミに散見されたとおり、掃除が行き届いてなかったです。デスク上も埃、洗面台の栓も洗面台の裏(浴槽に浸かると丸見えです)赤カビ、浴槽の水垢…などなど。 空気清浄機が全室設置されているのは良いのですが、電源オンした瞬間から要クリーンの赤い点滅。すぐに自分でフィルターを洗いました。 電子レンジの設置も大いに便利でありがたいのですが、こちらも汚れていて、熱湯で濡らしたペーパータオルで拭いた後、自分で持っていたアルコールで消毒しました。 そういう不衛生な点が気にならない方、ただシャワーを浴びて寝るだけであれば、良いのかも知れませんが…。 空気清浄機やレンジ等の設備は良い点だし、フロントスタッフの方はにこやかで丁寧な対応をしてくださったのですが、とにかく清掃が徹底されていない点が残念です。

上野駅から近い”
京成上野駅からだったら徒歩12~13分 上野駅からだと徒歩6~7分 駅から近いから雨降ってなければ全然歩ける距離にある スタッフは外国人が多いがとても感じがいい ただ、部屋は多少使った感はあるのはしょうがないがゴミが落ちてたり浴槽の床にカミソリのキャップが落ちてたりした 料金も安いし、神経質じゃない人にはとてもいいと思う 追伸、間違えて喫煙室を予約してしまったのだが、チェックイン時に禁煙室が空いてたので替えてもらえた
