Booked to be close to a class starting early the next day. It was small, as expected, and condition was a little worn. However, staff was helpful despite my limited language ability and room was clean. Location was good, a short walk from the train station. Definitely worth the price paid.

we are persnal tour 3 guys. my personal case about 40 more countries visit & 50 times more visited in japan Tokyo, yokohama, hukuoka, kawasaki & osaka business or persnal tour. this live max most of electrical(air filter, micro waive & air cleaner) & furniture(table, bed head side) is whole too thikness dusty. this is livemax regulation?

Overall ok. You will choose Livemax for its excellent location that close to metro at this competitive rate. Restaurants, convenience stores, fresh food supermarkets, drug store or post office just round the corner. And the bathroom is surprisingly bigger than expected. But won’t be recommending to travellers with huge luggage since the space inside the room is quite limited. And it’s a “no-frills” hotel that don’t provide daily room service, so wont be for long stay. (But guess they could do cleaning up on request?)

Affordable accomodation with one or two drawbacks ”
This is a cheap, no-frills business hotel. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Yokohama station West entrance. The room was not very spacious. The cafe has been closed since the start of COVID, and this is the main reason for my low score. They should really reopen the cafe.

シングル1泊でした コンビニが近くて冷蔵庫や電子レンジがあり、アメニティも充実しています ベッドもこだわっていて寝る場所としては十分な機能があります チェックイン、チェックアウトも専用の機械でスムーズでした ただ部屋着とタオルから変な臭いがしたのが気になりました

部屋が埃っぽい”
案内された部屋のテレビがつかず、備え付けのシャンプーのボトルはガムテープで補修している、部屋は埃がうっすらつもり、歯磨き粉は他のホテルでは味わったことのない感じ。正直にもう利用はしません。ホテルの方の対応も、日本の方ではないためか、横柄に感じました。勿論、他のホテルの日本以外のスタッフでは不快に感じたことはありませんので、その方の問題かと。大変、残念でした。

歩き疲れたのでお風呂に浸かりましたが、浴槽内がザラザラしていたり、カーテンがカビだらけで気持ち悪かったです。使ってなさそうなら浴槽内を擦って掃除したりしないんでしょうか… あと私は身長が170cm近いのですが、洗面台のところにある鏡の位置が低く、普通に立つと首から上が映りません。部屋には鏡がなく、翌朝洗面台の鏡でメイクをしたのですが大変不便でした。どうしてこういう設計になったのかとても謎です。
