For some days.. it is ok”
hotel appears to be abandoned. very dirty with hairs in the bathroom,linen of questionable cleanliness, dirty carpets. great location, with a market right in front of it with a convenience store right next door and a 24-hour restaurant on the same street. however, the hotel needs a lot of care, but to spend a few days it is “ok”.

Comfortable and Convenient Hotel Near Everything!”
This hotel was a great choice for staying in Tokyo. It's right in Yokohama, which is very close by train to all of the major attractions like roppongi, shinjuku, shibuya, and so on. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms provided everything. This hotel is close the Tsumori JR station, so it's just a short walk and a train ride to fun places in Tokyo. Though, Tsumori is pretty lively as well. Overall, this hotel was a great choice, and I would stay there again.

Clean & Close to Transport”
Since I arrive at night 22.30 at Haneda, I'm looking for hotel that not so far and near the station. So I choose Yokohama area. Tsurumi station has 2 station for JR and other private line (i forgot, but this line has direct line to airport). The downfall only it doesn't have wifi connection. They only have lan connection (since it's business hotel where many guess bring their laptop). But since I can't cancel it so I go with it because I'll be staying just for the night and leaving at 7 am for fujiyama. Near the station there are some resto. I chose yoshinoya for breakfast and complete meal set with salmon, yoshinoya beef, rice, miso soup, water & ocha just cost me 500yen.

High rating because the price is low and room size large. However, note that they advertise it as "newly opened in Dec. 2015". It is not new. In fact, it is quite an old hotel, which merely changed ownership. Tsurumi area has nothing to do. Need to continue on to Tokyo or Yokohama.

Fine place to stay if you need to be in this a”
Very convenient for me...5 min walk to both Keikyu line (for Haneda AP) & JR line stations ( which are co-located). The staff has english skills & were very responsive. The room had a 32" TV & you can rent a DVD player. The room is small but more than adequate for one, complete w/ closet & a full bath. My only criticism is the lack of WiFi, altho ethernet lan is included... fine for laptops but not for smartphones. There are 24 hr conveniece stores in the neighborhood, along with plenty of restaurants (including the hotel's); the train station area has supermarkets & department stores. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The only redeeming aspect of this hotel was the staff; they were always kind, helpful, and attentive. Though the sheets and bed were clean, nothing else was. The bathroom had mold, the carpet made your socks dirty, there was hole in the wall and the wallpaper and molding was peeling off. The room was always damp. If you have any other choice, no matter the cost, take it.

Room was outdated with everything pretty old. The toilet washlet didn’t work too. But worth the price. So if you need a room just for stay this place is better than hostel.
