Actually, family with senior parents ”
Overall, I enjoyed this hotel. We are a party of three, me in 50s and senior parents. We stayed a room with triple bads. I wish the hotel allows us to stay at universal room, larger space but their excuse was that 3 people cannot stay there because of tourist law in Japan. ( do not know the detail). The bad thing is that the height of toilet in standard room is too low, unconfortable. The toilet will not suite for foreigners and also seniors who does not have muscle strengh of thigh. I wish this hotel has seniors and disables friendly room meeting with their needs. My mother had such difficulty using toilet in room, so, she used toilet in 11th floor, it was such inconvinence for her. Staff is nice and helpful.

Reasonable but spacious room”
The room was spacious and clean with great night view. Public bath was accessible and there were three types of bath in there. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was ordinary but good enough for that price. I recommend anyone who travels around Tokyo and Narita airport. Only 20 minutes to get to Asakusa and 1 hour to get to Narita airort by train, great location.

Good and New Hotel but not so Convenient”
Hotel is adjoined to the railway for Tsukuba Express. However the location is far from Tokyo, and it is not covered under the Metro Pass. It takes an hour to reach Tokyo Station or Shinjuku station. Fare on this line is not cheap. Hotel staff is friendly but not able to speak much English. If you wish to travel around in Tokyo, this hotel may not be as convenient. It is about an hour’s train ride (with 2 changes of train) to get to Narita Airport.

This hotel is connected to the train station by a sky bridge and only one minute away from the turnstile. It takes only 30 minutes to Akihabara. The train station itself houses a shopping mall that treats you with a variety of restaurants, a movie theatre and shopping opportunities including groceries.

Everything is perfect except for…”
Wet laundry - the washer/dryer is NOT designed to dry your clothes. So don’t expect it to. No weights in the fitness room, but they have treadmills. Everything else is perfect. The staff are wonderful. The room is clean and spacious. The location is fantastic.

Modern, clean, and excellent location ”
I recently stayed at this hotel over a long weekend. The hotel is still like new. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was very good. All of the facilities were great. The convenience to the Tskuba Express line is fantastic and it is located next to a nice shopping mall with many dining options and conveniences.. The local area is a modernn, very walkable area. I will stay here again. The wifi is a bit slow but otherwise useable.

今回も快適に過ごせました！”
近くに用事があり、毎年、年に数回利用させていただいています。 今回はダブルベッドのシングルユースでしたが、ゆったりと気持ちよく過ごせました。 お部屋は、カードキーを壁のホルダーに差し込んで電源が入る造りになっていますが、部屋に入るとエアコンは既に入っていて、さりげない心遣いがありがたいと思いました。 3月の利用の時もそうでしたが、大浴場のシルク風呂が、以前と違って透明のお湯になってしまっていて残念でしたが、遅い時間は利用者も少なく、殆ど貸しきりに近い感じで楽しむことが出来、リラックス出来ました。 朝食も春に以前のお店から変わって、ビュッフェスタイルで満足出来る内容になったので、今回も美味しくいただきました。 ただ、朝食は6:45オープンですが、6:46に行くと並んで待っている方がいらっしゃり、テーブルは少し空いているようでしたが、私も約10分待たされての入店となりました。日によっては、お急ぎの方は早めに並ばれた方がいいかもしれませんね。いずれにしても、また次回も駅近でキレイなこちらを利用したいと思っています。

娘に紹介してもらい、1度泊まってからすっかりお気に入りの宿になりました。 何よりも駅の改札からフラットでフロントまで行けるアクセスと近さが本当に便利なのですが、去年来た時から格段に朝食のグレードが上がり、朝の楽しみが増えた事も嬉しい変化でした。 お部屋も1人で泊まるには十分の広さがありますし、今後も是非利用し続けたいと思います。

年末年始の4泊お世話になりました。 施設はとても綺麗で、楽しみにしていた大浴場も広く、ゆっくり寛いで過ごすことができました。 滞在中は急遽宿泊人数を増やしていただいたり、宅配便のお手続きなど、お手を煩わせてしまうこともありましたが、皆さんお忙しい中とても丁寧に親切にご対応いただき、とても心地よく快適に過ごすことができました。心よりありがとうございました。また近くに伺った際には利用させていただきます！

流山にこんな良いホテルがあると知りませんでした”
仕事の前泊で、睡眠＆若干のテレワークを兼ねて何度か利用させていただいています。 駅直結で大変便利なアクセス。 仕事の息抜きで、都内にはあまりない大型ショッピングセンターや大型生鮮スーパーがあったりと、街ブラも楽しかったです。 ホテルですが、フロント前にはコーヒーサービスもあり、スタッフの方には大変気持ちよくアテンドしていただきました。 お部屋も一人で過ごすには充分広く機能的、ビジネスホテルというよりはシティホテルに近い仕様で、大変居心地がよいです。 窓が開けられ日当たりがいい点も、お部屋の居住性の高さに繋がっているように思います。 また、まだ利用する機会がありませんが、1階のレストランでテイクアウトボックスをオーダーできるようです。 また機会があれば伺いたいです。
