Got all the basics covered”
As with most hotel rooms in Japan, the solo room I got was a bit too small, but every inch of it was put to good use. The toilet even had a tub! It was also very clean. First couple of days, I got a smoking room and had no option to switch, but staff made sure the cigarette smell in the room was all but completely gone. Last day, I was able to move to a non-smoking room that was an identical twin of my old room, but the lobby smelled nicer. There was a water dispenser and free coffee at the lobby. Also note that tap water in Japan is potable unless otherwise specified. If the vendo machines in the hotel don't have the snack you want, there's a 24hr Lawson right across the street. Overall, my experience at this hotel was pleasant.

天王台駅のすぐ近くです。コンビニも近くに2軒あります。ただし、天王台駅前には薬局とコンビニぐらいしかありません。 ホテルは清潔で、スタッフの対応も良好でした。

柏～取手以外で穴場のホテル！”
キリンビール取手工場を見学した際に、宿泊しました。 駅は天王台駅で取手駅から1つと必ずしも便利な主要駅ではないですが、徒歩２分と近いし、口コミが良かった理由がよく分かりました。 ちょうど25周年記念のキャンペーンをしていて、ビールかあんみつがもらえたくらいなので、決して新しいホテルではないですが、部屋は新しいホテルかと思うほど綺麗でした。 また大浴場があって、それも旅行気分を増します。 ただ女性は「茶色いカードキー」をもらって入れるようになるので、それを忘れずに受け取ってください。 夜ごはんは、駅前に飲食店・コンビニがあるので困らないと思います。 朝食は品数は少ないですが、牛丼・カレー・季節の野菜のおかず(この日はレンコンの金平とオクラのお出汁煮)、納豆やめかぶ、いわしの生姜煮・卵料理、パスタ、サラダ、ヨーグルト等で大満足。 帰りは機械でセルフチェックアウトですが、フロントの人はちゃんと挨拶のお声をかけてもらいました。 繁華街が良ければ柏に泊まるほうがいいですが、場所にこだわらなければこのホテルも穴場的でオススメです。
