Located within a 1-minute walk from Kenkyugakuen Train Station on the Tsukuba Express Line, Hotel Mark-1 Tsukuba offers a public bath and free Wi-Fi at public areas. excellent location and best value for money”

just 3mins walk from the train station and at very good price. Has onsen which is really great. Very affordable breakfast with good food. Extra pillows for your pick up at elevator area and nice vending machines and dining area while you do your laundry at coin operated washing machines at 2F. Again great value at a great location! Oh I forgot its also near a park with jogging trail and a mall for all your key needs. what else can you ask for but with an affordable price, while in Japan where we have impression everything is expensive but really not.

大浴場のあるビジネスホテルです （温泉ではありません） 大浴場には、サービスで棒アイスがありました 1日1杯ですが、希望すればビールまたはスムージーが無料で飲めます 基本は一人部屋設計なので、二人で止まる場合、ツインではなくダブルベッドです。 安いけどこれが欠点かな

駅から近く、分かりやすい。フロントのスタッフさんの対応も良い。静か。綺麗な大浴場があるのがいい。部屋も綺麗で清潔。低反発枕の貸し出しがあって良かった。エレベーターにセキュリティがあり、安心。また、利用したい。

ビールサービスがうれしかったです”

出張で利用しました。駅近くでとても利便性が良く、また居酒屋等も多く、夜の会合に不自由はしませんでした。施設はきれいで、掃除も行き届いておりとても良かったです。朝ご飯も充実していました。

ビジネスのため、短時間しか滞在できませんでしたが、もっとゆっくりしたいと思える良いホテルでした。 朝食の時間をちゃんと確認せずにクローズギリギリの時間に食べに行ってしまったのに、対応もしていただきまして、ありがとうございました。 次回もつくばに行く際には泊まりたいと思います。

清潔でスタッフの対応も気持ちいいホテル”

つくば大学で開催されたミツバチサミット2017に参加するために、キルギスの白いハチミツ　マルシェのスタッフと利用しました。館内は、とても清潔でフロントの対応も気持ちいいので、オススメです。大浴場でカラダを伸ばせるのも嬉しいです。朝食は500円でしたので、あまり期待しなかったのですが、バラエティ豊かで野菜類も充実していて、スタッフも大絶賛でした。また、利用したいホテルです。ありがとうございます。
