Very nice hotel in Mazagon ”
Decided to stay in Mazagon and found the place full of character and authentically Spanish. The hotel was very nice, clean and everyone was friendly although, as non-Spanish speakers communication could have been problematic. Our only gripe was that the room came equipped with a kitchenette but had no cups, plates pans etc which we found very strange? The was also no kettle and when we requested one to heat up our baby bottles they did not have one and provided us with a saucepan? Overall though a very pleasant stay!

Do not book if you expect quality ! 4 stars is a lie ”
1) it is not a touristic area (the beach is not nice, and not much stuff to do around..) 2) you hear everything in the room (we had the bad luck to arrive during the Fair, and there was plenty of noise outside, until 6 am!!! You hear everything, so impossible to sleep) 3) you smell what your neighbours might cook, the smell is all over the room (because yes : surprise ! there is a "kitchen" IN the room - quite interesting for a supposed 4 stars hotel... no???) 4) the room was not quite clean, our feet got covered in dirt and we found some hair. The beds were clean (however quite small) 5) The breakfast was not tasty and if you do not eat meat, you don't have much choice left... 5) I would definitely not say this was a 4 stars Hotel... quite disappointing ! We left one night before because we couldn't stand the noise anymore... We would have left earlier but we couldn't afford losing all that money. The night costed quite a lot (especially compared to quality)

Very arrogant staff which almost ruined my vacations, Hotel is run in very low maintenance mode with many things broken which dont get fixed (even front door to the hotel are broken!) , most of the rooms DONT have view to the see as indicated in pictures - In reality it is more 1 or 2 star hotel - best to be avoided.

La verdad es que me sorprendió bastante con la cocina en la hab.. nevera y electrodomésticos.. también el baño con mucha higiene y todo lo necesario y una terraza bastante grande.. su mesa con sus sillas genial para comer y la cama súper cómoda y todo bastante limpio, volveré seguro!

Apartahotel con una excelente ubicación en Mazagón (cinco minutos andando de la playa y del centro de ocio). Fácil aparcamiento en la misma calle del hotel. Habitaciones un poco antiguas, pero limpias y con todo lo necesario. Zona piscina (bastante grande) con hamacas. Nos alojamos en régimen de media pensión, el desayuno es bastante completo: diferentes tipos de panes, bollería (aunque bastante de la envasada, no sé si por tema covid), fruta de muy buena calidad, embutidos... El buffet del almuerzo o cena, aunque no es muy variado tiene buen producto, con platos típicos de la zona, sabrosos y bien elaborados... El personal muy amable, atento y servicial. Es verdad que en general es un hotel un poco antiguo, pero esta muy limpio y en general bien conservado. Muy recomendable.

El hotel el pequeño, pero es muy bonito. Y eso me encanta, está situado justo al lado de la playa y del puerto y la piscina justo arriba del todo del edificio, hace que tenga unas vistas preciosas. También tengo que destacar la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores y el desayuno súper bueno

Nos confirmaron 2 habitaciones contiguas y cama de matrimonio y al llegar no nos la dieron asi, a parte de que una de las habitaciones tenía un baño minusculo, distinto a las imágenes de la reserva

Recomendaciones a al hotel”
Una recomendación, en cuanto al menaje, si disponen de 100 habitaciones deberían tener menaje( cafetera, tostadores...) para todas las habitaciones y no decir que están a tope y no tienen. Otra recomendacion es que ponga una puerta de separación entre la piscina de bebés y el bar, ya que son niños muy pequeños y como me ha pasado a mi este año mi hija se ha caído de las escaleras. En cuanto a la limpieza deja mucho que desear.

Ventajas: localización Inconvenientes: deficiente limpieza, habitaciones sin aire acondicionado en pleno julio; no proceden al recambio diario de toallas y geles de baño, horarios de limpieza de las habitaciones anárquico y llamadas a la puerta de la habitacion en horario inapropiado....etc. Es una pena porque el hotel tiene potencial pero esta falto de un buen gestor. Lamentablemente no volveré a este hotel, ni lo recomendaré a mis allegados. Un saludo, Elisa
