Amazing view of Matsushima from room”

Beautiful view of matsushima from the room. Great food, great staff, free shuttles all around town, etc. Really can't fault this place.

Beautiful grounds, a bit dated, but still very much functional. It was wonderful to stay put at the hotel once you check in since dinner buffet and breakfast are provided, and there's a large public bath to enjoy. Very relaxing. Rooms with a view of the water was excellent too. Spacious and comfortable.

Even not bad but not be as expected ”

Room is too small - not as in picture (We should family room - an expensive one) . Staffs cant communicate in English which is so difficult to communicate so problem couldn't be solved.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!..........Hotel will not bother with your travel problems!!!!!!!”

Caught by the typhoon when arrived in Narita. All transportation to Tokyo, and to the hotel became impossible. Rang up Agoda to get them to let the hotel know. They couldn't care less. No refund of any sort possible. Not a word from them also. Even I asked to change date so that I could go there 2 days later was ignored. If you want to deal with this kind of hotel, good luck to you. I will NOT recommend to any of my friends.

露天風呂は景色が良く、清潔感もありました。 ごはんは、朝夕ともバラエティに富んでいて、とても美味しかったです。 子連れでしたのでプールも利用しましたが、定期的にホテルの人が見に来てくれて、安心できました。 総じて社員のホスピタリティが高く、また訪れたいと思うホテルでした。

広々として気持ちの良い滞在でした”

お部屋も綺麗、お風呂からの眺めも最高でした。唯一残念だったのが、予約時に大人2人子供2人と申し込んでいたのに、和食の懐石料理が大人4人用に用意されていたことです。途中から、あれ？と思っていましたが、今更子供メニューに変えてもらうわけにはいかず、子供たちがあまり食べられずにがっかりしていたことです。確認すればよかったのですが、当然わかってもらえていると思っていたのが間違いでした。

絶景と豪華なバイキング！”

　なんと言っても部屋からの眺めは格別でした。そしてディナーバイキングは手の凝った豪華な料理が並び、特に名物の牡蠣を使った料理が幾つも有りました。未だかつて味わったことのない高級感が特長で、勿論味も最高でした。 ただ一点残念なのは温泉でないこと。これだけのホテルならボーリングに億単位をかけても元が取れるとおもいますので、是非検討して頂きたいです。

環境清靜，我是自駕的，所以覺得交通方便，可能假期關係，當日的交通有點繁忙，停車場有足夠位置停放車輛，由酒店到附近景點，都只是幾分鐘車程，附近亦有很多停車場。 酒店房間整潔，夠寬敞，洗手間和浴室各一間，園景可看到火車經過。 酒店包晚餐和早餐，兩餐都是自助形式，食物選擇不少，迎合不同年齡的客人，我和我家人都對酒店十分滿意，有機會一定再住。
