Solo traveller, with guest ”

Travelled to Tunisa alone, and a friend i have over there stayed with me. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff were so polite and curtious. This hotel has prodominantly french and arabic speaking guests, but they went above and beyond to communicate with me. The room is basic, but comfortable with a nice balcony, i think all rooms due to design will look over pool, its very well set out. Aircon was fantastic and safe included for free in room. If you are a fussy eater you may struggle here, but what is on offer is plenty and adequate and i was always well fed.

Humidity, heat and no real air con”

The kitchen chef was extremely helpful with the early morning breakfast. The cons: Room was not properly made up and checked, e.g. safe deposit box was not working. The worst and absolute unacceptable was the central air condition which was set so low that it was necessary to open the balcony door and still it was too hot and mosquitos came in. Very bad sleep and for this reason I would not recommend this place at all.

Food poisoning, terrible service and staff, too far from the beach, worst food”

First of all, I’d like to mention that I was paid 50$ for an all inclusive but still it was a nightmare, where should I start?!! - Food quality was so bad that I got food poisoning and kept struggling for 2 days now. 🤢 There was no food variety, I’m ok for the price I paid, but come on, still you need to supply quality clean food. Meat was as hard as a rock and inedible. Turkey and chicken was not even breast and had all kinds of bones and skins. There was only watermelon for dessert. Really?! Coffee quality was terrible. No cold water at the beach. Loud locals are allowed to the private beach in massive numbers without paying. I could go on and on… - it’s not really all inclusive: I was asked to pay at the beach. When I asked Hanen the hotel manager, she’s was like I don’t really know what’s going on at the beach! Are you serious?! -Terrible service: I booked on agoda, check in was 14:00 and check out was 13:30. I was planning to go to the beach for the morning swim then go back to the room for a shower and change, then check out. I get to the room at 12:30 pm and realized the key was deactivated. One the cleaning staff said that she marked the room as empty and cleaned it. I get to the reception and she was like no sir you have to check out at noon. I’m like well this is my booking and it clearly shows that checkout is at 13:30. She’s like no, you need to check out at noon still and keep your luggage at the reception! Really?!! Why don’t you specify that at check in if you disagree ?! - the beach was 500 m from the hotel. When it’s 40 degrees Celsius outside in august, you would definitely need to drive. There was no security or official parking for the hotel. - Safe was locked. I had to call 3 times and wait an hour for a fix when I really wanted to go to the beach. Just one small towel. Then staff came in to bring a big towel. That’s it. - garbage everywhere both at the hotel and the beach. - No beach towel service available at all. - no sockets

I don’t know how they get 4 stars that hotel, it’s the worst experience in my life , the room very small dirty no even drinking water no towel ,the biggest issue is the food the worst dinner worst breakfast, the hotel it self very old and dirty the elevator not working properly… many things

Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting ”

I have never seen anything like this in my life before, the hotel was absolutely filthy and there were so many prostitutes hanging around looking for business, one even approached my husband on his way to the toilet! There was a disco next door and at 3am we had had enough. The room was in total disrepair oh it was awful. We checked at 3.30am and left for another hotel thankfully much much better.

great hotel from start til end. staff go above and beyond to help and make ypu welcome. its our second time to stay here and we even extended our stay. a home from home.

Pros ,food was tasty ,cons the services were pricey , we had all inclusive reservation but when we get there the receptionist told us it was a mistake and the beverges were not included !!!! The internet was at the lounge and the bar ,loud music was playing all the time to keep us awake and buying ! Staff was rude and very lazy .

The most problem was ant swarm in our chamber ,the condition very poor in high temperature and the elevator was stuck and not working in the most time

In desperate need of renovation ”

I spent 2 weeks at this hotel with my family. I stayed in 3 different rooms. I can understand why people have a horrible time here, as some of the rooms are old, and in desperate need of attention (broken furniture, ripped curtains, old decor, cracked walls and grout in bathroom). Our final room and the room we started in the most was lovely. Very different to the first two offered. The bathroom was also beautiful, with a large, walk-in shower. However, there was a big problem with ants. The staff were lovely and always helpful and friendly. The food was adequate and again, serving staff very nice and helpful. But if you opt for all inclusive the menu can feel repetitive because, of course, you're eating 3 times a day. The worst part of my stay, was the older visitors (mainly locals) that struggled to queue and made eating in the restaurant an awful experience. We ended up eating out a lot during that week. It is very clear that money is put in to downstairs and how the hotel appears but inside - the lift, the corridors are very, very old and need upgrading.

better then to sleep on the street and it was the cheapest option BUT do not expect to have decent level of comfort of a nice breakfast in the morning don't even expect to have wifi of a regular pillows or a kettle to have some hot drink in the room. The facility is worn out needs renovation.
