No one speaks English”
Not very personal service i received everywhere else in Japan. Non of the lights worked at first. There is no restaurant. The last day i needed help to program my GPS, and no one knew how to do it. I almost missed my train. Finally, one staff member was able to do it for me. The thermal bath is nice!

The room was roomy, great view but inferior lobby and hotel amenities, such as a semi-open restaurant and bar. Much preferred the Atami Beach Resort & Spa, which I stayed at after staying at the Micuras. The Atami Beach & Spa Resort was way better and cheaper.

the hot tub is on the top floor and has a great view; however, there is no hot spring in the hotel, just running hot water in the hot tub. secondly, i wish the hotel has internet connection, i have to roam my cell phone to get emails. other than that, the hotel has great view and easy access to everywhere in the atami.

We stayed in a Superior Twin Room (ocean view), which is quite spacious. Amenities are okay; not particularly impressive. The bedding is of good quality and we had some perfectly sound sleep. On the first night the TV wasn't working that well, with the signal going on and off. I then called the front desk who within minutes sent a staff to our room. The male staff was courteous and managed to fix the TV problem efficiently. The Open-air bath and the onsen are impressive. They are huge in size and very clean. Water is hot enough - quite important to me. The ocean view from the bath is stunning. I enjoyed watching an unforgettable sunrise. Breakfast on the 2nd floor of the Hotel is delicious. Selection of food is not wide but everything is done just right. On a fine morning one also enjoys an excellent view of the Atami Sunbeach.

Very clean and well-decorated hotel. Beds are comfortable. Although the area isn't the best for sight-seeing, it's close to Tokyo station and very easy to get around. Tokyo station is also fun to visit with lots of good food. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff ,our western style room fell a bit outdated on the bedding side but with a great shower and ocean view,the onsen on the top floor for men is nicely located with the same view,the highlight of our stay though was dinner with the American chef really hitting the right spot.A place to return.
