Good Location, Friendly Staff, Room with Complete Amenities”
The hotel is centrally located at the heart of the city just 5 meters to the Partas bus terminal. A short walk brings you to anything you want including the Middletown restaurant, my favorite restaurant. The friendly staff makes you feel like home. The room is quite complete in amenities which includes airconditioning but I don't really use it (used it for once in a while and turned off when I sleep) because of the need for energy conservation), private restroom, clothes cabinet, and televsion. Good value for money.

I already read the reviews and wasn't expecting too much for the place. This was my 6/7th place on my trip and I just want a place close to the bus station (which was literally right next door so you can hear buses all night) First thing I needed to check according to the reviews where the bed bugs. Boy, the way that that room heats up during the day. Don't worry about bed bugs. Second review I had was the A/C was too loud. I found out that if you left the window ajar, it wont rattle the window as much. Third was the DRIPPING sound, solved it by putting the towel on top of my A/C unit, since the dripping comes from the A/C unit one floor up. If you can't sleep at nights, Lloyda at the front desk, shes really helpful with information to where you wanna go if you're in the San Fernando/San Juan/Bauang area in La Union.

It's right next to the Partas terminal, 7-11, and a lot of other places of interest. We booked the new Matrimonial Room, which was alright if you're simply looking for a place to stay. If you're the type who's looking for a place to spend your vacation at, look elsewhere. No secondary lock at room door, bed is cheap, mattress is thin. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room. Towels smell like bleach. There were ants in our room. This place should fire their cleaner and get someone who has better attention to detail. (He just sprayed fabcon all over the bathroom, didn't wipe areas properly. Toilet had pee stains on it. There were used tissue papers under the airconditioner. You could tell that the sheets were old and there were bedbugs. The staff was great, though. Just, please, hire a different cleaner, get better bulbs for your rooms, and maintain your rooms well. The new rooms are decent at best. Recommended for a one-night stay for convenience. Not recommended if you're there to relax and enjoy the place. You won't enjoy the place.

Cheap stay - was here to sleep only. Bed sheets had stains and cockroaches and mosquitoes in the washroom. Wifi was not working at all and staff said it was due to rain the other night; we asked about it in the morning and they said still not fixed.

☆ new matrimonial room was basic but acceptable and clean. ☆ good air con ☆ clean ☆ located on main highway so easy access to all surrounding requirements and beach. - street view rooms are very noisy. Choose nrw rooms without view for a quiet night sleep. - no breakfast available. - cheaper to book wuth agoda as walk in price was excessive. Overall - acceptable (just).

The hotel was old and dingy. That impression reflects on the room as well. The bathroom is dirty and full of stain. The lavatory is something you wouldn't want to touch. Wifi allows you to connect, but doesnt work...at all. The only thing that I appreciated in this hotel is its location and the cable TV. Oh, the staff were nice, too.

Bed, AC, towels, soap, TV. Good enough for a one night stopover. 30 + steps to get up to the lobby. Staff were happy to help with the luggage. Check in/out was quick and easy. We had one of the better rooms. Basic but satisfactory.

Outdated facilities”
Location-wise, it is near the city center. The staff are warm and very professional. However, if they want guests to recommend this hotel with other tourists, they need to renovate, modernize and improve the facilities and amenities --install elevators, repaint the walls, renovate the rooms and bathrooms, replace their air-conditioning, make doors more secure.

Needed a bed for the night near the bus terminal. Hotel was right next door and walking distance to night markets and food establishments. Hotel is old and worn out but the bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioner worked fine. A cheap option for a 1 night stay

Near Robinson Mall”
A low-key hotel with no-frills bedrooms half-way between Robinson Mall and the Plaza in San Ferdinand de la Union. Whilst the rooms were a bit shabby the bed though smallish was comfortable. Travelers who are old or infirm may think twice about this hotel as Reception can only be accessed by a steep flight of steps worthy of a Mayan pyramid!

Location is good but it's a few minutes ride to San Juan, La Union which is where everything happens in LU. Overall it was decent room for it's price and location.

They don’t have bidet, pail and dipper. The building looks old but their AC is good. Bed is totally good for a solo traveler.
