the room is spacious and the bed comfortable. It's close to the beach and a park where there are lots of things for kids to do. It was clean. On the minus side the room was to bright at night due to the hallway lighting coming through the glass at the top of the door.

Fantastic”
This small boutique hotel is located just five minutes by bike from the Binh Son main beach. My room was modern in design with a nice big balcony overlooking the main road. Not very scenic but it's not a noisy road at all, especially at night. So you can get peace and quiet in the evenings. The cafe at the hotel serves great coffee and I had simple tasty breakfasts there. The staff speak good English and are really helpful. Phan Rang is a cool small town with delicious food, local-- but too sweet-- wine, and a big event square that is basically like a park to enjoy and chill out. The surrounding areas have wonderful coastal scenery and beaches definitely worth exploring.

Clean, nice room with balcony. Very little English spoken but very nice & helpful staff. Good free Vietnamese breakfast. Rented me a motorbike for 120000 vnd/ day 500 meters from the beach. Several restaurants nearby. 500 meters to Vincom grocery store.
