In need of renovation. We'll maintained, clean. Room finishes are dated. Room keys are.physical keys! Staff more than makes uo for lack of modern facilities. Very courteous, respectful. If your language is anything othan Japanese be prepared to struggle to be understood; no effort to provide dual language options with signage, menus or processes.
