This was my second time staying here. I love the location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and cleaned well during my stay. The location is close to shopping and attractions with great access to others part of the city. There area two groceries nearby, one which is open 24 hours. They provide two bottles of free water every time they clean the room, which is convenient. When I as checking out, the staff called a cab for me and it came right away.

Great value in excellent location”
the hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are comfortable and of decent size. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The hotel is in a great location 3 blocks from Tenjin subway station and a 10 minute walk to the Canal City area. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best breakfast buffet I have found in Japan. I would definitely stay here again.

Prime location with easy access to subway and groceries”
It's short walking distances to subway station and two groceries markets (especially essential for us to get fresh milk for our toddler). One of the two is Sunny; a 24hr operating supermarket. The hotel is clean with swift check-in/out and kind hotel staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Fukuoka.

Very comfortable stay...”
Our hotel rooms were very clean and big (relative to other hotels in Japan). The hotel offers good security as you cannot gain access to the floor rooms without a keycard. as they put in place an automatic glass door leading to the floor's rooms which can only be opened with hotel guests key cards. The hotel's single bed (110cm) can accommodate 2 adults. Location is quite good as the bus stops coming and going to the airport are just 2-3 blocks away. There is a Family Mart opposite the hotel while Lawson and 7-Eleven are approximately 100 meters away. They have complimentary brewed coffee at the lobby for hotel guests from 2:00pm to 9:00pm. They offer the same kind of service as Hotel Monterey Grasmere Hotels as they belong to the same group. The front desk staff specifically Mr. Kage was very helpful in assisting us recover the sneakers my daughter left at the 100 yen bus loop. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Keep it up Hotel Monte Hermana Fukuoka team! :)

Nice, clean hotel. Location is perfect if you want to explore Tenjin and Canal City and Fukouka City. Very convenient if you will use bus or Train. Breakfast is fantastic. Will definitely book here again.

Welll Done Hotel Monte Hermana”
May not have the strategic location if using as a base to visit other Kyushu prefectures. Other than the location, everything were perfects. Friendly and helpful staffs, clean and good amenities and good room space. You can access by 100 yen bus from Hakata Station (No. 300+) and (No.5) bus to Hakata Station.

worth it”
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were a good size as compared to the other hotels. It's a good walk to the train station and one station away to the underground mall. There were nearby convenient stores and there's a small hole in the wall restaurant at side street of the hotel which we loved! The staff spoke good English and were very accommodating. If given the chance, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Everything is wonderful, clean, comfy bed, strong wifi, bigger room than other hotels, good location (just 4 mins to Tenji underground shopping street), free coffee provided after noon in the lobby (if it is provided from morning, it will be excellent), what I like most is they provide a free handy smartphone!!

What I like in this hotel is the free use of a mobile phone connected to the Internet which you can bring anywhere in Fukuoka. You do not need to rent a router to navigate the place. Upon reaching the hotel after a day's exploration, you just put the phone back on its charging cradle and it would be fully charged on the next day...that easy and convenient!

Great hotel. Walking distance to downtown Tenjin. The location is in a quite area , very clean and bigger room. There’s a mini mart across the street.

Spacious room at convenient location”
Public area n room itself are very spacious which is not common in major city like Fukuoka. Staff are helpful n efficient. It is of walking distance to underground shopping street, MTR station and bus stop to airport is just around the corner. My first choice of hotel if visit the city again in the future.

Hotel though close neither to Tenjin nor Hakata stations, it can easily be assessed by airport bus(station Watanabe Dori 1 渡辺通 1丁目). Hotel can also be reached by subway Watanabe-dōri Station 渡邊通站, and there is a supermaket right next to Exit 2 of Watanabe-dōri Station. Walking to Tenjin Underground Mall & Canal City Hakata are both within 10 mins walking. Hotel Service is excellent & room size is fairly good as well.
