I stayed just one night here. Quite a new looking building and it was very clean and nice. The staff at the reception was very friendly and I knew that it would be a nice stay! My room was a corner room, so there was a bit more space and I loved how the bathroom was done (it was in green colour). All amenities were there including hair dryer and bottled water. Pyjama's were provided as well. There was a closet enough for one and plus person, They placed a removable trey on toilet tank to provide extra space for cosmetics, which is a nice touch for ladies. This hotel is located close to Subway Tenshin Station and to shopping area (Parco and other department store). At night, I found a ramen stall right across the road from the hotel and that was great! A direct bus service close to Parco to International Airport is handy even you have a lot of luggages to carry. Thank you for a nice stay, it made my last day in Fukuoka memorable!

Nice Hotel North of Tenjin District ”
The hotel has a classy feel to it, and the rooms are small but well equipped. I had a very comfortable sleep. I appreciated the fact that there's no carpet, so house dust is not an issue. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Recommended!

・1階と周辺にはコンビニエンスストアがある ・地下鉄も西鉄も繁華街にもアクセスがよい ・バスルームがはやや生乾き臭がしたけどシャワーカーテンもタオルも清潔 ・バスルームに引出し式の物干し用ロープが設置されている ・バスタブは深めでシャワーの水圧は強め（8階） ・Wi-Fiはもちろん持ち出し可能のレンタルスマートフォンがある 結構古いホテルのはずだけど館内も部屋も清潔官があり、スタッフの対応も品がある感じ。 拠点として過ごすのにロケーションも設備も便利だし部屋も快適でした。 食事は利用していないのでわかりません。 ・ There is a convenience store on the first floor and around the hotel ・ Good access to the subway, Nishitetsu and downtown from the hotel ・ The bathroom smelled a little but the shower curtain and towels were clean ・ A drawer-type laundry rope is installed in the bathroom. ・ The bathtub is deep and the water pressure of the shower is strong (8th floor) ・ Wi-Fi is available and there is one rental smartphone that can be taken out of the room We thought that it was quite old hotel, but the hall and the rooms were clean and the staff were kind and elegant. The location and facilities were convenient for this hotel to be used as a tourist base, and the rooms were comfortable. I do not know about meals because I do not use it.

We stayed 6 nights. Here are the highlights of this hotel: excellent breakfast buffet with big selection, including fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, meats, rice, breads, pastries, cereal, and many drink options. If you are a big breakfast eater, it is definitely worth it to add the breakfast to your room cost when you book. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious (by Japanese hotel standards) and full of amenities, and the staff is very courteous and professional. If you want to be in this part of Tenjin, this is the hotel to book!

Extremelly small room”
The room is super tiny. This is literally the smallest hotel I ever been to. It is even smaller than the one I had in Ginza. There are two APA nearby and their single room is even bigger than my double room! The APA which my friend stayed is cheaper!

The room we had was lovely with awesome bathroom, spacious and very clean. Downside was that it was noisy from the traffic and traffic lights, the worse part was that the room was too warm, even though it was winter and the hotel was heated, but we could not change the temperature. It was far too warm, even at 15 degreesC it was more like 28 at times.

Reasonably sized”
Size was alright for two adults and two yong children. The hotel is further to exit 1 of Tenjin station than I’d thought. The room was clean and the hot shower had good temperature control and water flow was great. the staff that welcomed us was great and helpful. There was another staff who looked stress when we try to converse in English.

GOOD - This is a good service hotel (when I arrived hotel early, I left ours luggages to front service and walk around Fukuoka. I was back hotel, the staffs took ours luggages to my room already). BAD - I booked triple room, but the room is small. It's difficult to open 3 standard luggages at the same time in floor, and I could move.

Hotel is in a great location, which makes Tenjin is walkable. There is a 7-11 on the Ground floor and it is less than 30mins to the airport via taxi. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
