One of the best hotel I have stayed. Super clean and Felt like home ”
We stayed at the Hollywood style room (719). All the room has the ocean view and It is amazing. The hotel is wonderful and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Both western buffet and Japanese breakfast are delicious. The buffet also have Togo box for people who don’t have wanna dine in the restaurant. Parking fee is 500yen per day and maximum of 1500uen during your stay. Our overall experience is excellent. However. there are a few suggestions for the hotel. 1. Wi-Fi was spotty and slow. The signal will drop from time to time. It’s really slow in the room. 2. The bathroom drain hole has the sewage smell. The unpleasant smell was obvious when we closed the shower door and was using the bathtub. 3. We have to pay extra of 1500yen to use the pool &gym facilities. The gym equipment is really outdated. And one treadmill was broken. The onsen was ok. At least the indoor pool was nice. Mde me felt that I didn’t waste the money. 4. Continue the last topic, after we paid for the facilities, the staff gave us each a small piece of paper for reentry (smaller than the room keycard). It’s really inconvenient and not relaxing that we have to hold on to a small piece of paper until the next day for reentering the facilities. The resort is suppose to let you relax not to make you nervous. I suggest the hotel to put the purchase record in the system. So the guest just need to report our room number instead of holding on to a piece of paper voucher. Even with the above complaints, my families had a great vacation at the hotel. Thanks

It’s our second visit to this hotel. This time we stayed in the club deluxe room for 3 nights. The view is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. It’s in town center, so easy accessible to restaurants. It’s my favorite hotel and I can’t wait to come back again 🤩

Truly a beach front resort ”
Busy hotel but check in time is 2pm which is super sweet compared to most hotels in Japan. Clean and spacious room although furniture is aging. Stayed in the beach wing building and loved the ocean view from my balcony. Lots of restaurants outside of hotel and two convenience stores. I believe there is also bus stop in front of this hotel. Perfect location!

Great hotel with private beach”
Lovely room, beautiful ocean view. The hotel is modern and stylist. The beach is great with a shop to provide good water sports activities. We have seen whale shark, an amazing experience. Restaurants are great. Good Japanese breakfast (seems better than western-style buffet). Please spend time to relax at the beach. It has a gift shop for you to buy all Okinawa local souvenirs with great price. Don't miss it.

Luxury Hotel with very nice Pool area”
We really enjoyed our stay, the children liked especially the pool area. Very good breakfast, western and Japanese style. Unfortunately no variance during our 4 days stay. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is in A good status, we liked the black/white style.

We had a very luxurious and relaxing stay here! We only stayed in the hotel for the whole time and we we’re satisfied until the end. Everything you need is here. From pools, beach, views and foods.. They also have their own facilities for spa massage and shopping. So you don’t have to go out if you have a budget. The hotel itself is very luxurious and unique. Meant for family and those who just want to spend time in one place (because you can just stay here for the entire time). Great experience ! I want to be back here! :)

Girls trip!”
We had a girls trip here with 8 girls and had a ton of fun. We were treated very well. I will say that two people had to leave due to getting sick from the buffet which we narrowed down to the sushi. The front desk stated that there was not anything they could do about it. Aside from that, nearly everything is an extra fee. Including a lot of the sitting areas around the pool. Overall, it is gorgeous and a fun place to go. TATTOOS are NOT allowed, which is a huge downfall for American guests. The Sheraton allows tattoos and is next door!

Awesome first day in Okinawa”
The hotel offers a lot of activities , facilities and amenities… easy access to Tiger beach… the pools are awesome and kid friendly. The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties. Only downside was the room we stayed at has a bad smell probably because of the carpet. The bathroom is nice but not thoroughly cleaned.
