Great location, modern, clean ”
I loved staying at Hotel Moonlight. As a solo traveler I was impressed that there was an option for a single room which meant I didn’t need to pay a solo traveler surcharge. The room is small but well appointed with tv, desk, chair, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage for your things. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern with everything you need. Location was excellent with Earls Court Tube station literally a 3 minute walk away and there’s a big Sainsbury’s and Waitrose (supermarkets) walking distance so you can stock up on food/water. Highly recommend this property and will stay here again when I next visit.

My favourite choice for a London stay!”
This is my fourth stay at Hotel Moonlight over a span of 2 years and I am always so pleased with my stay there. From the friendly, professional and overall, excellent team there (Hi Joe, Ali, Omar and Maria!), spotless housekeeping, full amenities in the room (having a microwave, fridge and kettle is a HUGE plus for me!) with a full bath and toiletries, wide selection of channels to watch on tv (they just added Netflix, online movies and other web based tv channels!), all the way to the location, location, location. For the first time ever, their lift had a mechanical problem with spare parts that had to be sent over from Spain and was not working for my last 2 days there but they kindly helped carry my very heavy bags down from the third floor with a smile. I will stay there again, for sure!

Great hotel. Prefect location. Very clean. Was surprised that there was a kitchen sink, microwave and generous sized fridge in an adjoining room; Not that we used it but could come in handy for people. Only problem we had was that the lift was broke for part of our stay but we had no problem using the outside stairs to the basement. Would definitely return

Thanks for a lovely stay! I had a very nice, spacious (London!) room which had everything you need - even a Smart TV where you can log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime account. Friendly staff that even show you to your room and a great location, very quiet but central and in walking distance from Hyde Park. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great hotel to stay in London”
It's located in Earl's Court, which can be reached directly from Heathrow airport by tube without changing line, which definitely help saving lots of transportation cost. The room is tiny, typical in London but with all the facilities you need, just the lift is still out of order and this could be tough for people with heavy luggage and stay on the upper floors.

My Ideal London Hotel”
Great location, minutes from tube, close to shops of all sorts, microwave and fridge with water, good toiletries, iron and board, spacious wardrobe and clean. Small rooms but everything you would need and at great value for money. Reception staff were very welcoming, checkout easy. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Great boutique hotel”
The room had everything any large chain hotel has, tasteful decor, refurbished, clean and cosy. Small but would not expect anything more from this type of hotel, there was ample room for a single person in my single bed room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Earl’s Court tube station and buses on Cromwell road, but just off Cromwell Road so as not to be bothered with traffic noise.

I've struggled for years to find a London hotel that's good enough to stay in and doesn't cost a year's salary. I go there for or five times a year and so this has always been a pressing issue for me. London has more lousy hotels at ridiculous process than any other city I know. Worse even than New York! I think at last I have found what I've been looking for. The Hotel Moonlight in Chelsea. It's still expensive compared with anywhere else in the world but by London standards it's affordable. It's clean (another rare achievement in London) and really nicely furnished. The room I had was very small (another London feature to endure) but not as small as many places I've stayed. There's good cupboard space to get my clothes out of my suitcase - again rare in London. The staff were helpful and I was comfortable the full time I was there. Excellent location, five minutes walk from Earl Court underground station (Piccadilly Line, direct from Heathrow) and 5 minutes from a bus stop.

Location is good, very close to tube station. Staff were very nice, room is clean. The lift is out of order for a while but didnt mention in the website (it affects my purchase discision). hot water sometimes unstable...and things broken in the room but got no replacement.
