Worth staying except coz of covid their resto is closed. The garden onsen is simply amazing and relaxing. Lots of tubs to go in. Totally worth your money. Walking distance to Umi Jigoku, Myoban, and just across Teruyu onsens.

A nice property away from the busier area of Beppu. Has several of its own baths and the staff was extremely kind. Parking is plentiful and a convenience store is on property. Food quality at the property could be improved, though.

Very friendly staff, Onsen indoor and outdoor. Clean, good location. Only once thing I didn't enjoy it was the breakfast, very disappointed. Well thank you anyway.

Poor Meals”
They recommend a convenience store located in the parking of the hotel. Breakfast was a Bento Box and no restaurant was available for customers without a reservation. I never visit the hotel.

Great place to stay in, wonderful scenic location in Beppu with wonderful facilities like private onsen and great breakfast selection a 7km to 9km away from Beppu station so we had to use the shuttle and taxi but the shuttle service driver was a very nice gentleman, he dropped us off the one of the Beppu hells even if its not in his assigned stops Great customer service from the staff too!

Garden bath (onsen)! ”
Loved garden bath where you can enjoy with wearing swim clothes! To use garden bath is chargeable but they offer discount for in house guest. Better to ask the room with Beppu city side! You will see the steam coming up in the city and the ocean if it’s sunny day.

Good hotel with value price”
Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Room condition is the same as picture showing. Front desk staffs are very helpful, polite and smiling face all day. Though their English are not good enough, they did their best by using translation apps. Happy with the housekeeping. Onsen is nice and clean. Delicated breakfast mainly with Japanese variety. Polite restaurant staffs as well. The only thing that disappointed to me is no dinner is available. You need go out for dinner with about 15 minutes walks. It is worth staying for relax and I would definitely back to visit.

room condition is the same as picture showing. happy with the hotel service too. outdoor onsen is nice and beautiful with a few different hot spring but time for using is limited. can hardly visit unless u are not going out, as they are quite far from restaurants area, u have to go out for dinner, by the time u are back, outdoor one is closed. the only thing that disappointed me is no dinner is available. was expecting to stay in hotel for a nice onsen n in room dining.

The whole experience was authentic and simply amazing!! The food at the onsite restaurant was worth every penny, even the breakfast! although we had a young 1 year+ old toddler, they made every effort to accommodate us. It is far from the nearest train station but perfect for self-Drivers as they have a private parking for about 10 cars.

フロントで対応して下さった男性のハーフの方かな？とても丁寧で困っていると声を掛けて下さったり。朝食もその方が運んで下さり変わらず丁寧でした。ありがとうございました。 空の湯では水着着用でレンタル出来るのも良かったです。全体的にぬるめが多くて少し寒かったですが1箇所、源泉に近いのか良い湯のところで温もってあがりました。そばにはコンビニもあります。また行きたいなと思うお宿でした。 ありがとうございました。

安心して利用できました。 空湯は残念ながら寒くて利用しませんでした。 明礬温泉も鉄輪温泉もアクセスが良く、バス停も近いので、是非、友達にすすめたいです。

楽しい雰囲気と便利な立地”
水着を着て入れる露天風呂は夜に行きましたがとても雰囲気が良かったです。湯加減はぬるめになっていましたので、季節によっては風邪をひかないように入る時間帯など注意が必要だと感じました。また、熱めの湯もあり、そこはとても居心地が良かったです。 立地に関しては地獄めぐりの海地獄が本当に車で数分の場所にあり、チェックアウトしてからすぐに観光を楽しめました。 また、朝食は人数が多い場所で食べることを避け、部屋で食べることにしたのですが、とても彩りの良い満足度の高い朝食で、レストラン会場で食べることはできなかったものの、それが気にならないくらいとても美味しくて良かったです。 また伺いたいと思います。

新しく清潔なお部屋で、ベッドがシモンズ製という事だったので気持ちよく眠れました。野外の庭園温泉が広くて気持ちよく昼夜２回入りました。 別府駅から送迎があり助かりました。

残念な屋外温泉”
屋外温泉はゲストは¥1500もするので、屋外温泉付きのパッケージにしました。しかし、ホテル前の庭園が屋外温泉で、さらに日陰、真冬は誰も入りません。無駄してしまいました。 基本、ホテル宿泊者はアジア人が多いです。 温泉は単純温泉、無味無臭、少し残念でした。 朝食バイキングは美味しいです。お客様に喜んでもらえるように作ってくれています。 駐車場側の部屋から山側にお部屋を変えてもらいました。山側の景色、街の夜景は綺麗でした。

清潔感がありこじんまりして無駄のないイメージ”
スタッフの対応よく部屋も綺麗でした。 長期滞在ということもあり、コインランドリーが助かりました。サイトの写真のイメージからはもう少しおっきなリゾートホテルを想像してましたが、こぢんまりして無駄のないサービスが盛り込まれているイメージです 水着を着て入るスパは温度が、低いため複数ある湯殿のうち半分くらいしか入れませんでした。照明の加減など雰囲気はとても良いですか、子供さんが騒いでいることもあり雰囲気は、台無しでした。料理はコロナ禍でバイキングはありませんでしたがとてもおいしかったです。
