        A no-frills, clean place to stay that doesn’t cost much. Location is nice for Ie island ferry and for visiting Churaumi aquarium. The view of the aforementioned island at sunset is amazing!

        Everything is quite good with that cheap price. However, the blanket is covered with a kind of material that makes sound with every move, so not recommended for those ones who have trouble with sleeping like me.

        Stayed in 3 different mr. Kinjo places but this one was the worst one. The drain in my room was really stinky during my 3 days. no cleaning during this days and very slow wifi. There is a little kitchen but no tools to use

        HOTEL Mr.KINJO”

        For the price, the room was very clean and fully equipped with a lot of amenities. The room featured a washing machine, stove and a fridge, for anyone who wants to do some minor indoor cooking or reheat food bought from the supermarket. And I particularly like the shower, which had high water pressure if you feel like giving yourself a massage. And they have some very good smelling soap. Having an electronic toilet is great too. The service was alright. It was very by-the-book. I was asked to sign a document in Japanese and the clerk didn't explain to me what it was until I put it through my translator. It turned out to be a waiver about how the hotel isn't responsible for your car being tolled if you park your car in the animal hospital parking lot next to the hotel. Just to note, you have to pay extra for parking at the hotel, which is about a 1000 Yen.

        The room is very clean and well-equipped with a mini kitchen and washing machine. The location is in close proximity by car to convenience stores, eateries and attractions. However, there is a parking fee of 1000 yen/night which is quite steep considering that we are already hotel guests? The staff (a foreigner man) at the reception during check in was definitely not service oriented and at times quite pushy and impatient. Having said that, the other staff (the cleaners and a young Japanese man) that we bumped into were polite and helpful. Overall, we would recommend this hotel because it is clean and value for money (minus the parking fee).

        We booked this place last minute after cancelling a horrible Airbnb. So in comparison this place is heaven for us. Clean room, free of bugs, quiet air condition, ease of parking our car, great sea view & good breakfast place right beside the hotel!

        Prons- the place is peaceful and the drive there was nice. Cons- from the hotel to the main city u need to enter the expressway in and out its quite expensive. Even there is a small kitchen there nonthing to cook with. Overall its affordable, the room is nice.

        Overall is a nice little boutique hotel. Bed a bit small for 2 person sharing. Front counter guy is unfriendly at all. Reached hotel at 2.50pm, counter guy insist we have to wait till 3pm sharp to check in. Wonder why we have to wait till exactly 3pm since room is already ready for us. Parking is a bit expensive at 1000JPY.
