Nice location, walking distance to everything. Convenience stores and restaurants are just around the area, you will have a lot of options to choose from. Staffs are very nice and accommodating. Free coffee near the reception, you can bring your free coffee inside your room. Our room has a kitchenette and with complete utensils. Very clean. I had a wonderful experience during my stay. good location. Just a 5 min walk to a bus stop 春吉 that has multiple buses that take you to Hakata station within 10 min for 100 yen. Much better option than walking 15 min from Tenjin subway station. also a 10 min walk to 西鐵 tenjin station. Lots of restaurants nearby. room is decent in size for japanese standards. a bit old but clean and well equipped. Highly recommend. great value.

Great Location at a Great Price”
I got a corner unit in the upper floors and the activity below did not bother my sleep at all. The room may be small, but it has all the amenities you may need (private shower, WiFi, multiple sockets for your charging needs). The location is the best feature as the hotel is located near the shopping malls of Tenjin, and walking distance from the yatai food stalls in Nakasu and Canal City Hakata. Just be aware that the nearest train stations are a bit of a walk away (either Tenjin-Minami station or Nakasukawabata station) so if you are taking the train to or from the airport, this may entail some walking to or from the hotel. The staff are also very accommodating! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel MyStays Fukuoka Tenjin-Minami and I hope to stay again when I get a chance to visit Fukuoka.

Four people (2+2 kids) could fit and stay comfortably in a room - not very usual in Japan. Close to Hakata station (ca. 20 min walk). Definitely, a place to stay for a family.

Food trip in Fukuoka”
PROS: 1) Very clean bathroom 2) 24 hr FREE coffee 3) there is supposedly free laundry service BUT we didn't try it 4) there is a "balcony" in the open style hallway. This is not what a regular hotel looks like. 5) there are a lot of small restaurants around. Just compare the prices. Some are charging almost double for the same items. There is a Cocoichiban curry house about 5 minutes away, on the main road. The food there is yummy, cheap, & very filling. CONS 1) no restaurant 2) room is tiny but thankfully clean 3) about 10 - 15 min walk to the subway or main bus line. It's not a problem as long as it's not raining. Or when you are not lugging your luggages. It's really important to book your hotels as early as possible that are located nearer the public transport at better rates. We regret making last minute plans to go to Fukuoka. We could have gotten better accomodations at better rates. I think Hotel Mystays should be rated just 2 stars.

Smelly corridor with unchangeable smoking room at 2nd floor. Cannot stand to have my kids living in this aweful room.

reasonable price and enough size of room”
I was staying for two night at the deluxe double, this hotel with my friend. The location is good enough. It's located in Tenjin-minami area which is 5~10 mins from Tenjin station -there is a bus terminal- and 20~25 mins to Hakata station. Most of rooms in Japan are pretty small but the room of this hotel was quite okay relatively.(not big though) The service was nice as usual Japanese hotels.(not very special though) We were satisfied in the reasonable price as well. I haven't tried the meal at this hotel so I can't judge about the food here. Overall, I can't say this hotel is the best but good enough to stay again.
