The room is small as expected. Given the price, I'd say it's acceptable. The only thing is the toilet smells a bit. Staff are welcoming and helpful too. Will stay again.

I stayed for five nights. This is the second time I stay at this hotel. I also stayed at this hotel for two nights in Oct 2018. Convenient location, helpful staff, clean room and reasonable price. Will choose this hotel again if I go to Kagoshima for the third time.

This hotel is excellent location, comfortable and worth it. staff is friendly. However, I woke up to the strange sound of a plastic bag near the room (which lasted about 1 hour from 8 am), and I was tired and wanted to sleep well. It was terrible. The toilet was bad smelled.

Perfect location to stay for moving around the city in day time and finally eating and shopping nearby. We booked a superior room which is more expensive however when we checked in, it wasn’t as of the bigger window as shown on the web. Asked the staff however he explained this is the same room type until we request change. Finally it’s really as what is shown on the web. Thanks.

More or less 10mns by railtrain. 20mns by walk from the Kagoshima station. Room is a little bit small for two person and the shower room is smelly.

My room is very close to the hotel elevator and main street. The environment is not quiet. It is very easy to find and the location is good. However the walls and windows are not soundproof.
