8 min walk from Oita station, surrounded with restaurants, bar, cafe. Plenty to choose from. 1 min to convenient store. Affordable!! The room facilities is just outstanding for japanese 3 star hotel. Hair dryer, mini fridge, hanger, foldable mirror, and superb view from 13 floor. Unique design and double curtains. I highly recommend this as traveler in Japan I’ve seen a lot of 3 star hotels and I can assure you that this is the best 3 star hotel I ever been

A bit far away from the JR station, it took me more than 20mins to walk there when I have luggage with me. Honestly their facilities are good, I could even find all sort of charging cables in the drawer.

I was a bit disappointed with parking. I was told to park in a different lot and had to pay. The hotel did not validate parking. I then had to walk a few blocks with all the luggage and sleeping children. The staff were helpful in showing us where to go, but it was rather inconvenient.

It is very standard one. The hotel is located in Oita city, so it is easy for going out for shopping, great dining. But the service was just fare.

Basic hotel near to Oita Castle and Plenty of Food Options”
This is a chain hotel which provides all the basic facilities and have free parking on site. It was a short walk to Oita Castle and a shopping street filled with food options. The hotel staff were helpful and able to converse in English. The breakfast was simple and self operated washer and dryer were old and there’s a Long queue for it.
