We enjoyed our Osaka holiday because the location of the hotel is so convenient. Just a quicl walk to the train station and 7 eleven is a few steps away from the hotel entrance. The rooms were kept clean and room service was great!!!

Good value close to shopping”
Close enough to train station and shopping area. Getting to lobby could be a struggle for people with big luggage since its in the 2nd floor so you have to take it up the stairs. Rooms are a bit small and facilities are a bit old. They allow you to leave your luggage before checkin and after check out. They even have a weighing scale in the lobby.

Small but elegant, Excellent location”
Great hotel facilities - nice room, aircon, bath room. Yes, it is small, but the place is really elegant. Excellent location with 7-11, Mo's Burger, and a Chinese resto nearby. A few minutes walk, you can even reach a McDonald's and Burger King. It is indeed strategically located at the Shinsaibahi area, which is also quite near Namba/Dotonbori. Staff is very helpful, even providing us with maps and coupons that we can use during our stay. They also speak average English, enough to understand our questions. One minor drawback is the lack of ramp at the entrance, making it a bit difficult to carry heavy luggages. Although, this is just a tiny detail, as those are just a few steps up. All in all, we had an excellent stay and we will definitely book Hotel MYSTAYS Shinsaibashi again once we got a chance to be back in Osaka.

Excellent location and spacious room”
My family loved our stay at Hotel Mystays Shinsaibashi. They have very spacious room unlike the one we had in Tokyo which was very small. It is very near the Shinsaibashi Station which made it easier for us to roam around Osaka. We'll definitely go back to this hotel when we go to Osaka again.

Shinsaibashi, dotonbori, namba exploration”
I booked this MyStays hotel when it was Flexstay Shinsaibashi so I confused when I reached the place without Flexstay logo around. The hotel was cleaner than what I expected and the location is very good. It is close to Shinsaibashi shopping street and just 5-10 minutes walking through it to reach dotonbori (namba). Child warning : lots of advertisement for adult near the hotel and a small pamphlet inside the room.

Have stayed at this motel several times now because of the location and the close proximity to shopping, restuarants and the sub-way. Shinsaibashi-suji, the main shopping precinct is only about a 2 min walk from the motel, the subway (Shinsaibashi station) even less. Osaka Castle is only about a 10min trip on the subway and is worth a visit, even though it is not the original but a copy built in 1931. The closest restuarants are just across the street or next door and there are lots more just in the backstreets on the other side of Shinsaibashi-suji. Great opportunity to get out and mix with the locals and try the fantastic food in Osaka.

Spent a night in this hotel and I simply loved everything! Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Location is great! Super close to shinsaibashi station. The hotel room was super clean and organized. I booked a standard double room but they updated to a bigger room! I had an amazing experience in this hotel and I would totally recommend to everyone!

Great location with big rooms”
My stay at flexstay shinsaibashi inn was great. The hotel room is very big, and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is just 3 mins walk distance away from the subway station. The hotel is located near the shopping area Shinsaibashi. I requested a non-smoking room. Although the hotel does not have any non-smoking room, the staff tried to remove the smoking smell for me before check-in. The staff is friendly and able to speak good english. The iphone charger is available at the reception. I am very satisfied by the service provided by the staff.
