A practical business hotel with hot spring baths ”
An 8-minute drive and a 20-minute stroll from the Kofu City centre, the hotel is clean, has a 'wine' hot spring bath, free Wi-Fi, coin-operated washer and dryer, vending machines, a restaurant that opens for breakfast and dinner, and close to convenience stores and other eating joints. A 5-minute drive to Chuo Expressway, it's a good base to explore other parts of Yamanashi for work or pleasure.

GOOD HOTEL WITH FREE CAR PARK”
The location is a bit far from Kofu Station but with car then it is ok. The staff were friendly & courteous. The have laundry facilities and public bath (free for guest). The room rate is fair. Overall I would recommend this hotel for Agoda members when they are in Kofu, Yamanashi.

Not bad ”
I stayed here after a night in another hotel in Kofu, which was a little more expensive. This hotel was much better, so I was satisfied with my choice to move. The hotel is reasonably clean and modern and the rooms are a decent size. Staff don't speak English, but that didn't really matter. Location is okay...there is a 7/11 a short walk away, and some other convenience stores/restaurants, as well as bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. Overall, not bad, I recommend staying here.

Neat and Tidy Overnight Stay”
We only stopped in overnight before leaving for a fuji drive the next day. The hotel was easy to find and offered free parking which was great. It was neat and tidy and the room was very large by Japanese standards. The staff were polite and we didn't have any difficulties. We did eat in the restaurant downstairs which we wouldn't recommend (no english menu, one of our more expensive Japanese meals but one of our least favourites) but that's not a reflection on the hotel!

A reasonable business hotel in centre of Showa. If you are looking for convenience. However the public bathroom is a bit torn out.

Propably nice for business”
The only way to go from this hotel is taxi - bus is riding once per 2-3 hours, the train station is around 1,5km. I expected also from the "business" (as I booked) hotel to have staff which speaks english a little better, but the did they best. Rooms were perfect, clean, everything what we need. There's a supermarket nearby

Great Amenities and Facilities!”
We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff, free parking, and the array of facilities (from skin care to hair curler) provided. Only issue was our non-smoking room still smelled of smoke, the glass tea cups were not washed, and we couldn't adjust the temperature (there was a high, medium, low setting but it was on heat). Would definitely recommend!

久々の山梨出張。 インター近くのこちらのホテルに宿泊。 コロナ対策のアルコールスプレーなどもしっかりと完備され、朝食も対策されていて良かった。 大浴場のワイン風呂は素晴らしい限り。

同じような名前の宿泊施設があり、間違えました。が施設も綺麗でロケーションも幹線道路に近く、コンビニも至近にあり良かったです。料金もリーズナブルです。

ビジネスの出張で利用。 特筆すべき事はないが、不満もない。 決して悪い印象はないが、大浴場から古さを感じた。ワイン風呂でなくともと感じた。 朝食は出張の際の楽しみであるが、概ね満足。

自動車での移動ならICも近く国道沿いなのでおすすめです。商業地域ですから近くには飲食店も数多くスーパーも近いので便利です。大浴場があるのもいいと思います。

今回は代理で予約をしただけでした”
山梨へ来る方のために、代理で予約をしました。 料金は事前に支払にいきました。 ロビーは綺麗に装飾されておりとてもよかったです。フロントの方の対応も丁寧でした。 部屋の階へ上がっていくためには、フロント前を必ず通るのでセキュリティーも良いと思いました。 その為、上の★は清潔さとスタッフ以外は分からないので、普通としてあります。

2回目の利用でした。子供からのリクエストで決めました。到着予定時間を過ぎてのチェックインでしたが、快く迎えて頂きました。お部屋も偶然同じで、目の前が女性用のお風呂。2歳の娘をお風呂に連れて行くのも楽で、湯冷めしない距離でお部屋に戻れる、助かりました。前回は綺麗なワイン色のお風呂だったのですが、今回は香りはワインでしたが、色は無く、下の娘はガッカリしていました…。アメニティは充実しています。前回、小さい子用のアメニティが頂けたのですが、今回は500円で購入に変更になっていました。もう少し価格が高くても前の物の方が良かったです。歯ブラシが大人と同じサイズに感じられ、期待して用意をしていなかったので残念。改善を期待します。でも、全体的には大満足！朝食を用意して下さる1階の食堂の女性の方が、とても親切です。朝ご飯、とても美味しく頂きました。娘から、また行きたいと言われましたので、来年、紅葉の時期にまたお世話になりたいと思います。

バイパスに面した部屋でしたので、車の騒音が、気になりました。また、ドアを開閉する音も大きく感じました。それでも、りょうきんからかんがえると、「とても良い」と思いました。
