Excellent accommodation in the gorgeous Ksamil”

Everything was better than we had expected. The hotel is well kept, the appartments are comfortable, clean and spatious. The balconies are magnificent. Kitchen offers the basic kitchenware but if you happen to need anything more, the hosts will provide it in no time. The appartments are cleaned every day and the linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The hotel restaurant is on the beach some 5-10-minute walk from the hotel, and it is especially enjoyable to have your breakfast there. The food is excellent. Sunbeds and parasols are available at the beach free of charge. Wi-fi is available free of charge both in the hotel and at the beach. The hotel beach is very nice, pebbly and clean. There are a lot of water facilities available such as ski jets, boat rides, water slides etc. There is a shower at the beach. The Ksamil islands are just across the beach. The hosts are very nice and helpful and always available if you happen to need any help, support or information.
Some more attention could be paid to communal hygiene, which is up to Ksamil authorities.

the staff was very kind, the accomodation great, very clean room, cleaning is every day and change of sheets every other. the beach was sandy and clean, the beach bar had delisious food. brekfast was included in price and also sunbeds, parking free available at the hotel and beach. close to centar and beach. owner very kind, in all would recomend for families with children, enjoyed our vacation

Great place close to the beach with wonderful breakfast”

We really loved everything. The hotel is pretty close to the beach where we had great breakfast every day. We had our own umbrella and sunbeds which is a great thing in Ksamil, as it is very hard to find free beds otherwise. Elisabeth and her husband are really kind people, we would definitely go back!

Barmen thinks that he have right to comment guests order for food, and he is rude person. he embarrassed the hotel owners with his behavior and not us when he comment quantity of order that we placed for lunch. Beside this barmen everything else was exceptionally good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very quiet and perfect in size. We really enjoyed the AC. But maybe more important; Elizabeth and her staff made us feel só welcome, also in the beach and bar, which is located in the more easygoing area of Ksamil beach. The breakfast was there too and was also very nice
The bathroom is quite simple, although functioning. You would be able to sit on the toilet while taking a shower... However, to us this was only a small inconvenience as we loved the hotel and staff.

Friendly owner, nice and clean hotel.”

The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a nice balcony. There was a fridge, a cooking machine that you can Cook inside the room. There are plates and pot. There is a big market under the hotel. There is a parking area. The owner Elizabeth is very nice and smily person. She helped for our luggage. She has decoreted our bed with flowers. There is a nice breakfast in the Beach restaurant. The restaurant has own beach. The restaurant and the hotel has wifi working well. Especially in the hotel. There are nice restaurants near the hotel.
The hotel and breakfast area were seperate. The breakfast area by the Beach but hotel is nearly 500 metres away.

It could have been better, we would not book there again”

- Big balcony. - Free sunloungers at the beach restaurant - Elisabetta is nice and welcoming
- breakfast is served 10 minute walk from the appartment, which was not written in the description on Booking (not ideal for those who like their morning coffee!). the picture of the beach on Booking is taken at the beach restaurant, not at the appartment. - the apartment was not very clean (I found hair in both bedrooms) - the shower had no curtain and toilet seat had cracks which hurt the skin - although we did not ask, there were no blankets, only sheets - we could easily hear the side neighbours - one of the double bed’s legs, which was not attached to the frame, fell under our weight, which made the bed almost touch the ground. we manually put it back in place, but slept upside down the following night, fearing it would happen again. - big hole at the bottom of one of the mosquito screen leading to the balcony

Beautiful place with beautiful people”

Elizabeth is an amazing host, making us feel so welcome! The room is very clean and comfortable. The Kristal beach and restaurant is only 10 minute walk from the bedroom. We had 2 friends staying at an apartment nearby and Elizabeth kindly offered for them to enjoy the free sun beds with us as part of our stay :) the staff are all SO lovely at the Kristal restaurant, making us delicious mojitos and food :)
The music at the beach is a little bit loud and I would have liked some shampoo and conditioner in the room, but these are only small things :)

Fantastic”

We are so impressed with Hotel Kristal. Elisabeth was so helpful and great at communication, we were able to message her if we needed anything and enjoyed our chats at the restaurant. All of the staff were fantastic - special shout out to our waiter every dinner (we think his name was Genti - sorry if that’s wrong!). Only a short walk to the beach/restaurant. Supermarket on ground floor of hotel had everything we needed and there are plenty of ATMs/exchange booths around. Good range at breakfast and enjoyed every dinner. Especially the freshly caught sea bass with vegetables. The beach was nice and we always had good beds - it appeared they reserved a section at the front for hotel guests. Will be recommending this hotel and Ksamil to everyone - faleminderit!

Great place in Ksamil”

The restaurant location and food were incredible. The owner Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful, she even took us on a tour of the town in her car, showing us how to get to the beach/restaurant, and other good restaurants to eat at. She also arranged a driver to take us to Himarë to catch the ferry to Corfu.
We were the first guests of the season, and their card reader was not turned on. Not a huge deal, we just didn't anticipate paying cash for the room but it was fine.

Room was spacious, clean and had balcony. Owner and the staff from the restaurant are lovely. The restaurant is on the sunset beach where one can enjoy the amazing view while enjoying meals and can offcourse grab a free sunbeds on the private beach.
I was really impressed with everything and hard to come up with a point that I didn't like.
