Situated right in front of Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort, Hotel New Fukudaya offers ski-to-door access and Japanese-style and Western rooms. Ski and snowboard gear rentals are offered on site. Free Wi-Fi is available at the lobby, while facilities include a shared lounge and drinks vending machines. New Fukudaya Hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Ishiuchi Station is a 7-minute walk, and Echigo-Yuzawa Station is a 20-minute bus ride. Carpeted rooms have beds and a private bathroom, while Japanese-style rooms come with a tatami (woven-mat) floor, traditional futon bedding, a washstand and a personal safe. All rooms are equipped with heating and a TV. The dining room provides sweeping views of the ski slopes. Hotel New Fukudaya provides luggage service, and it sells discounted ski passes at the reception.

飯店後面就是滑雪場纜車，也提供免費接駁至附近其他雪場，以及越後湯澤車站非常方便，也有價格實惠的雪鞋及雪板出租（沒有護具），澡堂空間較小，但熱水溫度很足，一樓還有提供免費咖啡，房間乾淨舒適。
