Everything about this place was great! Close to the market where you can find great vIgan not vEgan food. Close to the bus terminals. 1 km. away from the main street of Vigan which isnt that bad because you just have to walk straight and far from tourist traffic if youre in the area. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, they even taught me a few words. Naimbag nga bigat/ Naimbag nga malem! I asked Kristel where the best sunset was in the area, told me a place called Sta. Catalina beach. (should definitely visit) Very clean and back to nature vibe, as expected with ZEN Rooms. A/C was cold, T.V. has enough channels, hot water shower.

Place is very relaxing. The receptionist who assisted us was friendly and very helpful. We had some issues regarding our booking with Agoda and she was kind enough to help. Room is spacious clean and cool. However, WIFI is not stable. OVERALL we are completely satisfied

The greenery and pool is a big plus for this property. Staff are always helpful and very friendly. The property is a different option from most of the hotels in vigan. The rooms are not that updated but clean.

Location is great. It was just across a police station and Vigan Convention Center. walking distance to Calle Crisologo. The rooms and toilet are very clean, with complete toiletries, very friendly staff and the price is almost a giveaway. No wonder they are always fully booked. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff were commendable for accomodating us though we reach at the hotek at around 3am bc of our travel time from cubao to vigan. The room is clean and good. The only problem is that the cr is outside the room. Other guest used our cr eventhough there is an instruction to use the designated cr number to your room. And the soap of my friend was gone. Maybe bc the other guest took it.

Their Aircon was really functioning well...so cold.The rooms were clean and toilet and baths too.Though room we stayed doesn’t have any table and chairs.They don’t have phone inside their room.Their WiFI access would be when ever you’re just out side room,this was a real two thumbs down!!! We need WiFi access where ever we are. Staff were all helpful and courteous.

Room was cheap and could fit four but the size of the room itself is small. Entire hotel looks poorly maintained. Pool is deep for the most part and not recommended for non-swimmers and children. It's location at the city center is a big plus but aside from that you will get what your money's worth... which is not much given its lesser price than others.

We booked in the day before we stayed in order to stay another day in Vigan. It was clean and very quiet. The obvious highlight was having the pool to ourselves as there were no other guests. Unfortunately the internet didn’t work and the staff weren’t too bothered about fixing it.

*The location is near bus station, very convenient for early arrived, although it's not in downtown, but since the town is not big, it looks only P20 to main Plaza by tricycle. *The swimming pool is totally amazing, really clean. *They offer towels, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel. 12 beds dorm has two toilets and two shower rooms. *The internet signal is not good in the room, but in the lobby it is totally fine. *everyone is nice. I enjoy the stay there.

Walk 10 min to the historic center of town. Only 3 min walk to bus station. The staff was very young and didn't seem to have a lot of hospitality experience. They sent 4 or 5 of them to pound on my door in the dark one night to get the next morning's breakfast order. Breakfast was local longanisa which was good but cold. When I stayed, they only had 1 dorm bed available online even though there were 10 beds in the room, so you could have the dorm to yourself if they haven't fixed that yet. They would not allow early check in even though the room was vacant.

I booked a bed in a dorm room and had the room to myself because they only list 1 available bed online (Jan. 2016). That was lucky because the room is way too small for the 10 beds in it. Only 5 working lockers. Run by very young staff with minimal hospitality experience. This was the only place in 4 months of SE Asia travel that refused an early check in. But they did store my bags. Not informed on bus times to Manila either. But the room was clean with a tv and the pool was a great bonus! Breakfast was a choice of meat and eggs and rice with horrible coffee or Tang. (Yes, Tang.)
