For two days, I stayed for the first time after training at the Toki Messe. The room is also clean and tidy. The staff will tell you what you have noticed. Thank you for the parking lot. The breakfast was delicious and the chef's omelet and the French toast of Maruyone's carrot in Sanjo city were delicious. 2日間、併設の朱鷺メッセで研修があり初めて宿泊しました。 部屋も綺麗で清潔です。スタッフは気がついたことがあると声をかけて情報を教えてくれます。駐車場の件ではありがとうございました。朝食も美味しくてシェフのオムレツや、三条市のマルヨネの車麩のフレンチトーストは美味しかったです。

Excellent Hotel with GreatView”
I found the Nikko Niigata Hotel excellent. The view from my room was spectacular (deluxe double twin), the hotel was clean and the breakfast excellent. Easy access to the hotel from the JR Niigata Station -- take the "Toki Messa" bus at bus stop No. 3 right outside the station.

Good hotel near the Pier Bandai area (3 mins walk), where you can find good food and cafes and a nice little fresh foods market to explore. Its away from the Shinkansen station (quieter) but has a free shuttle bus service to the hotel. Its a nice 6 mins walk (along the river) to the Parco shopping area. Nice views of Niigata city if your on the higher floors! Staff was friendly, rooms a good size.

The hotel rooms have a very nice bird eye view of the Niigata city. The rooms are neat and spacious. The hotel is located a bit far from the main streets of the city. We rent a car so it was not a problem to me.

Although far from the downtown, it offers bus service to the downtown at reasonable frequency. The hotel room offers the best sea view of Niigata!

The hotel has free shuttle not far from the train station. The staff there is friendly and very hospitable. Even though this is not a 5 star hotel, we really quite enjoy our stay as the room is clean and comfortable. The price is reasonable too. Our room faces the sea so the view was amazing. Our stay in Niigata was better than expected.

Stayed here 3 nights. Wanted to purchase a room upgrade but staff couldn’t understand what I was saying. Pretty far from the train station. Free bus pick up is also a 10min walk from station and difficult to locate. Not suitable for travelers with large luggages. Probably will not stay here again.

Great View, good valued”
Our group stayed in a twin and a room with double bed during our 3 night stay in Niigata. The hotel is on top of the convention centre and the rooms have either a great view of the Japan Sea or Niigata City. It's about 20 min walk from JR Niigata station and it was a pleasant walk. If you have luggage, you can take the hotel shuttle bus which is 3 min walk from the station. We took a cab which costs us less than 1000 yen. The hotel is within walking distance of Pier Bandai and there's a stop of the city sightseeing loop bus just in front of the building. room size is large in terms of Japanese hotel and it's light & airy. It also provides Japanese style pajama which are super comfy. Front desk staff is courteous and welcoming and can speak some English. Breakfast buffet spread is decent with a lot of local produce used. this is not your hotel if you want a convenient store located 2 min away. But if you like a nice view and want to enjoy true Japanese hospitality, this is your hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in Niigata, the room was a little smaller than I expected but bigger than those in Tokyo. As usual, all staffs are always kind, attentive and courteous but English communication skill is still kind of low. The view from the room was excellent, internet speed is good as well.

Beautiful view, perfect room for our family. ”
The staff was very friendly. The location was wonderful - perfect for a walk along the bay! The beach was only about 3 miles away - convenient to walk or catch a bus. The view from the room was amazing! Sado Island was visible just beyond the shore. We would definitely stay here again!!
