I have stay with Hotel Nikko every time I am in Osaka for nearly more than 16 years. the location and its aim to keep improved and renovated is excellence. The staff are all very attentive and I can see their english is improving every year I came . honestly , they are become very eloquent in the last 5 years. I have become the one harmony three years and the breakfast and services offer to their member is quite marvelous. Apart from the hotel prime location, thier service and good manner is very memorable. the rooms are nice and clean , I do not mind to pay extra for their premium level and it worth every penny . This is unquestionable to stay in a hotel that is quite accessible for the underground and also magnificent Daimaru store . The choice of restaurants and shopping is numerous . The shuttle bus provided by the hotel is the added bonus of the hotel

The hotel rooms and the service staff at this hotel was excellent, and the location and cleanliness as well. I rarely write reviews, but need to commend the staff at this hotel for the excellent serviced attention to detail. Would highly recommend. One of the best hotels I have stayed at!”
This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable (super hard to get out of bed in the morning). It was in a very convenient area - only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Dotonburi/Shinsaibushi Shopping District, 20 minutes to Kuromon, and only 3 minutes to the nearest train station. Highly recommend for those headed to Osaka!

Good service and delicious breakfast”
My booking was non smoking twin room. Though the hotel had arranged my room on non smoking floor, we could smell the cigarette smoke in the room. Hence, we requested the hotel to change my room at night. Luckily, they immediately arranged another room for us. Thank you for their kind arrangement. The buffet breakfast was very delicious. Looking forward to coming back again.

Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for my last day in Osaka, luckily I had been upgraded the executive member floor only. Room was spacious and luxury with big bathroom equipped. The buffet breakfast was very delicious. Looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful location and great beds!!”
The location of the hotel was great as it's only a short walk to shops and dotonbori and it's link to the subway. The beds are nice and firm, the bathtub is great for relaxing after a whole day of walking. The views are great and having a coffee while looking out into the city especially @ night was a wonderful experience. The staffs are polite and friendly. Will definitely stay there again in future.

The location is good, right above Shinsaibashi subway station and 13 min walk to Namba train station. Luminous bus stop to and from airport. The room is clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. Wonderful service.

Amazing Hotel”
We’ve travelled with young kid (5yrs)- the hotel location was amazing right on top of the station and within minutes walking to the centre. We have accidently booked the smoking room and when we asked to swap the room they even upgraded our room to premium floor. Good customer services- friendly staff. Strongly recommend and will stay here again.

Service mind of all staff is very good, they're willing to support and service. Located in great area, not far from shopping area, able to take bus airport limousine. Room size is perfect to not too tight and too small.

Great hotel , it clean and tidy . Services were excellent as if most Japanese establishments. Location is excellent to commercial districts and business center. Breakfast is more than sufficient but require better menu . Stayed there for 7 days and every day is similar. Overall a great hotel with great location.

Spent 5 nights with family of 6. Whats Great? The staff knows basic english. The rooms were good size, very clean, beds were comfortable, sleeping gowns were provided. The bathroom was clean with an automatic butt washer. Some of the amenities were toothbrush, razor, hairbrush, hair dryer, bedroom slippers. The hotel has its own subway exit. There are more food choices there that cost less and tastes great . Excellent shopping just across the street. Would be nice. If there was a pool and a gym. The hotel food was pricey, the taste was OK but should be better. Our room didnt come with free breakfast.
